Visiting from Jacksonville Florida. Saw the sign and stoped for breakfast June 3rd 3018. I ordered the berry bliss pancakes. I instantly notice the food that came out looked exactly like the picture on the menu....super awesome!!! Pancakes could have been a bit more moist but the fresh fruit strawberries, blueberries on top took care of that. The scrambled eggs and turkey sausage was very good as well. Staff was super helpful and very friendly. The young lady at the cash register, I didn't get her name but she was short and petite with black hair. We were short .45 cents and she reached into her own purse to spot us...thank you for that. We could have went out to the car for the change but that she went above and beyond...that's the definition of excellent customer service!!!!!!!
This place was hopping on a nice Saturday morning. The staff was doing a good job getting people seated with the limited waiting space by the front door. The breakfast potatoes were just perfect! All portions were generous and cooked perfectly. It does run a bit expensive. Two breakfasts and drinks could run as much as $25. It's worth it though. Buying the same thing at Waffle House would be about $10, but the quality and portions are so much better.
I ordered a strawberry banana waffle accompanied by over medium cooked eggs and two sausage patties. The food was great, I haven't had breakfast like this in a long time here in the Springs at least. The Egg & I will be my recommendation to others based on the quality of food, great service, and a clean and friendly atmosphere. Thanks Egg & I. We'll be back.

My husband and I were going here almost once a week for breakfast and it was always a good time. Their service is great, and the food is amazing. We love their hazelnut coffee, and my husband's favorite dish is the egg's Benedict. Karen is an amazing server, I bet even after a year or so she would still know our names :)
Great service, Lindsey our server was so pleasant & Patrick the manager is such a nice person. We enjoy the wide range of selections, only wish they had hash browns. Our food was special order...and cooked perfect to our liking. I love the coffee To Go!
One of our regular places to visit for breakfast. The Egg & I has the freshest best tasting breakfast in town! Amazing coffee, Eggs Benedict and the best waffle you will ever eat! They also have a great chicken sandwich if lunch is more your thing. Staff is on top of things. They are always happy, look professional and they definitely pull together as a team.
Everything was so great. Food, coffee and the fresh juices are a must. We had Colorado scramble added jalapeños (they put plenty), Wisconsin scramble, spicy pear and kale cooler juices. Extremely friendly service. Will be back for honey-smoke salmon fritta, oatmeal pancakes and Karen our server. She was so wonderful! We also signed up for email list for free coupons and birthday meal. Great food definitely worth the few extra dollars.
This is my favorite restaurant. I always have great service. We are always checked on to see if we need anything. Carafe of water and our own pot of coffee. Hazelnut is the best. Wisconsin omelette comes warm and perfect. Senior discount and free WIFI.
The food is good and more often than not, the staff is super friendly and helpful. The usual wait staff always recognizes the regulars as does the manager. I really like this location because they use it to test out new items for their menus.
I lived across the street from here for 2 years. Then, moved across town and I still drive out of my way to eat here. This restaurant has served me consistently great food for a decade. They always provide has outstanding service!
Had a little bit of a wait; about 20 minutes to be seated. I had an egg sandwich and pineapple tonic and both were great. My wife had eggs Benedict and that was great too. Awesome experience.
Delicious!! Fresh squeezed OJ... yum! Ordered the bacon and avocado egg scramble (got my eggs over med) and it was sooooo yummy! So much flavor. Friendly staff! Clean. :)
Wonderful, friendly service with great food. We've been to other popular breakfast restaurants and they missed the mark. This one was on point, we'll be returning customers :)
