Awesome food! I ate here about a year ago and the food was average but I went in get a boba tea today and was greeted by a new owner! We chatted for a bit and I eventually decided to order some pho (I ordered the P2) and it was excellent! It went from being a 5/10 to being a 10/10! The new owner (I think she said her name is Tavi) is a personable and pleasant woman who makes eating there a welcoming experience.
Easily the best pho I've had in Colorado. Super flavorful broth with several types of broth/noodles to choose from. It doesn't even really need hoisin or rooster sauce, which I usually use liberally at other pho restaurants. The bowls are modestly sized compared to some of the large options at other places, but they are generous with their meat and vegetable portions. It really feels like a whole, deeply-satisfying meal, instead of just a bowl of noodles and bland broth. Also, this place is clearly family-run, and that's a good thing. This tastes like the kind of pho you'd get if you were overseas visiting your Vietnamese grandmother. Authentic AF. Definitely my new regular pho spot.
Just ate here and it was amazing! I called to place a togo order but the phone wasn't getting through to the other end. I live really close so I figured I would just drive by and place my order I person. The place looks its been remodeled and I had the privilege of meeting the new owner. She was really nice and the service was quick.
The food was absolutely delicious. I had steak pho, pork dumplings, egg rolls, and a coconut Boba. All of it was top notch. Unbelievably delicious. The only thing wring with my experience were the loud individuals demanding more food.
