Sub-par pizza (definitely not "the world's greatest pizza" as they claim) they crust seemed like it was a $2 pizza that came out of the frozen section of the grocery store and the rest of the toppings were just as bad. The pizza wasn't even cut through so we had to rip every slice off that we ate.

Great pizza in a nice atmosphere.
The restaurant smells bad because of it's old carpet all over the seating area. The service is bad, the employees are slow and rude. The prices are higher than other pizza places. And they always running out of thick crust.
