Every time I've been to this Dunkin' my order has been correct. The staff was courteous and prompt. By comparison when I go to McD's or Burger King in town my order is wrong 40-60% of the time respectively. BK is so bad they have lost my patronage permanently. At Dunkin' I can get coffee that tastes like fresh coffee should, unlike the sugar bombs at Starbucks. The sandwiches are great my favorite is the ham and cheddar, add bacon for maximum impact. I have seen some downright asshole customers while in line. One customer (with teens in tow) demanded a drink they didn't have when told they could not make it the employee was berated. The employee with a smile said sorry and asked if she could make them something else. Then the customer sneered and barked an order. The drink was made as asked, Then the customer said it was wrong (It wasn't, I heard the order) then they dashed out angrily and left their kids in the store get the rest of the order. All the while kids were embarrassed and the employees were courteous. This does not sound like a place with bad employees, it sounds to me, like a place with a few vocal asshole customers. I've also seen some good customers whom understand foodservice can be tough and people have bad days sometimes. These are people with jobs just like the rest of us, treat them like people not vending machines. They have families, kids, pets, bills just like everyone else. Statistically speaking you probably had a job just like this or your kid will. So remember what it was like when it was you. So next time you feel like being shitty to someone at the drive thru or the counter remember they are just trying to make it, just like you. Be kind and have mindfulness. We all are in it together so don't make it harder.

Jessica and tony are amazing!! Don't know how I'd start my day without them! Not only do they make a fantastic coffee but their smiles are the best way to get my morning off to a great start! Thank you for all that you do!

Traveling through and had low expectations because the dunkin in my town is not great. But the coffee and food came out perfect and I’ve never seen workers working so hard! I may drive 4 hours just for this Dunkin’ lol
