I love this place. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is like being at home. The pizza is my favorite and the cheese calzone is my daughters favorite.
We are from CA and read about this place on Urbanspoon. So glad we tried it! Great combo pizza and highly recommend the Greek chicken on rice with pita bread and salad.
Pizza was good. Good prices. Service was good. I would go back.

We may have been the only people who didn't know the owner by name.. Our usual pizza joint is Pizza Man and this was a very different experience. Place was clean and food came out fast, even on Saturday evening. We had the house special pizza and as mentioned by others the toppings were all fresh and uniformly cut in house. The crust were so uniform that they appeared manufactured. All in all, it was good and we'll likely go back. Suggestion to owner, lose the hoagie bun garlic bread and make it from italic loaves with lots of garlic and butter.

The Pizza Palace serves fresh pizza, all the ingredients are fresh and homemade. When you talk to the owner you get a real sense that he really enjoys what he is doing. His product is top notch, there's no room for anything but the best ingredients. From the fresh cut veggies, and fresh homemade marinara sauce, to the thinly sliced ham and freshly grated mozzarella cheese, every part of the pizza has been accounted for with surgeon like precision. Pizza is not the only thing good at this local establishment The Pizza Palace also offers a wide variety of pasta dishes and other Italian cuisine, including the best calzone in South Carolina, I hear. So for the title of best pizza place in town, I'm sad to say it's a tie. I can't make up my mind which has the better pizza, Pizza Man Pizzeria or The Pizza Palace both have fantastic pies. But I am happy to say that Columbia has two great options for New York style pizza in town, now all we need is a place to get Chicago style pizza in town. If any of you know where one is let me know! And no Uno doesn't count!

Great people, great food and a nice patio to sit out and enjoy a few pitchers with some friends. The staff were all so nice. Would definitely come back if I was in the area.
I had the gyro and it was amazing! Definitely get the creamy sauce for your salad, it's delicious. The owner and staff was really friendly with great customer service.
Not much on the outside but don't let that fool you! I had the beef wrap and was happy to find out the beef tasted like an old friend, Souvlaki I loved to enjoy in Greenville. I most definitely will go out of my way to eat there again.
Absolutely delicious vegetarian Greek pizza, Gosh Darnit. That pizza was so good that I felt like jumping out of a window! I'm on the first floor but it's the thought that counts.
Food is always excellent when they remember to put it al in your take out bag. Would still suggest them. Just check your bags.
