I want to recognize the shift leader, Fannie! What an outstanding employee and person. We were waiting in line with my young son. My son is getting agitated waiting and starting to do those high pitched blood curdling baby screams. I’m trying to calm him when Ms Fannie appeared. She went took the extra step to make my sons night! During this crazy time in our world, I’ve seen less and less kind people. Fannie truly made my night. I hope the company realizes how good employees are so rare, and Fannie is valued as she should be!
I was shopping in mall and very disappointed in retail service and thinking that I should just continue shopping on line. I got in line@ Charley’s Philly Steaks#00520 and had best service in years. The employee was Fannie, very friendly & polite. My food was perfect even during busy time of day. Thanks for great experience
