Nice location close to hotels. Restaurant was somewhat crowded when we arrived but we were immediately seated. Server was friendly and served our drinks quickly. The biggest shock was our eating utensils were a package of plastic knife, fork and napkin in a plastic bag like you would get in a take out. Food was served very quickly and was very good.
My Tuesday night tradition has been to take myself to dinner. For the last few weeks I chose Killian Rd Applebee's. Meka, my waitress each time remembers my order, greets me as if we family, and doesn't overwhelm or annoy her customers like other wait staffers have a tendency of doing. They normally have a drink of the month I enjoy trying. The Christmas punch us the red drink shown isn't that tasty to me. The bartender makes a mean whiskey sour. I enjoy the atmosphere. This is my spot!
Arrived at 7:30 pm for dinner. We sat in the bar area and were greeted immediately. Our waiter took our order and drinks came quickly. Food was good. Our waiter was a newbie so not completely familiar with order taking. All in all he did very well and was attentive.
Dined in for Mother's Day. Place was busy but they handled everything in timely manner. Restaurant managers made a point to ask how we were doing and thanked us for dining there. Food was served hot and all orders at our table were complete and correct. We all enjoyed our dining experience.
There was a wait, with hardly no one in the restaurant. They only had one or two waitresses. Other than that my food was excellent. My steak was cooked just how I like it medium rare. I would go back. My daughter and I got the 2 for 29 meal. She had the shrimp which she said was good.
Ok so I had placed a large order late last night and was missing 3 of my items. I tried calling last night but no answer. So I decided to call today a tell them what happened. I did and the manager was so awesome. I loved the way he handled everything. Very nice and polite! This is the way to handle things. Especially in the food industry. I never had this problem so for the first time. He/It was so refreshing to have this manager be the nicest. I thought I was gonna have to go through hoops but I didn’t. Thank you Cam(the manager)for making my day. All the blessings to you and your staff.
Went to Applebee's for Mother's Day after going to another restaurant first. We had reservations and before even getting water waited an hour before deciding to leave. Went to Applebee's and the food was fresh,hot and delicious but the service of the server was superior, Derek was awesome. If you go see if you can have him, he will definitely take care of you. He was our lemonade when got lemons from the other restaurant.
