Shout out to the McDonalds employee who was making sure dining area was maintained and customers were satisfied. Middle aged lady came up and asked if I needed anything, saw that I didn't have a napkin (could tell I needed one) and brought me some.
She did not have to do that.
Whoever owns this franchise should insert this woman and her hospitality into the training program.
