Good service. Staff is friendly and greets you as you come in the door. Answer any questions with knowledge of the menu and experience. Great place after church on Sundays. There is a student special every Tuesday night, 5 meals for $4.99.
I usually would never leave a review for a fast food joint but this is no ordinary fast food. When I'm on the go I don't have time to go to a traditional restraunt and order wings. At Zaxby's there's no waiting for some pretty awesome wings!!! Greg and Mike are awesome be sure to give them a shout when you're in there!
And you taking my wife lunch today we decided on Zaxby's upon my arrival the drive-thru a little long so I went inside only to find they were super short-staffed. The small crew that was there was cranking out food like no other. The manager was taking orders, expediting food as well as taking care of any complaints or issues. They did an amazing job and kudos to the crew under that kind of pressure!!

First off, let me just start off by saying this place has FANTASTIC customer service.
Last night I placed an online order for 9:30 and it went through the system, though this place closes at 9 on the weekends (a fact I of course was unaware of at the time). Shortly after placing my order, I received a call from the manager, Cameron, and he informed me they were closing. Cameron gave me the option of either refunding my order or, out of the kindness of his heart, he said he could go ahead and make my wings. Now, I'll be honest, I was really wanting these wings (I placed an order for the 20 piece), but I said that I did not want to inconvenience him; however, this remark was promptly met with courteousness and Cameron assured me that it was no inconvenience to him, so we went through with the transaction. When I went to pick up my wings, Cameron greeted me with a smile and handed them to me, noting that he had even thrown a few extra in there. Great manager right there. Salute to you, Cam.

They sent me a coupon for free food for my birthday so yeah...5 stars! No hassle to upgrade or anything. Delicious little nibbler was so choice.
Amazingly friendly staff and best fast food chicken I've ever had. You may want to get several extra Zaxby's sauces because they are incredible.
Food was great with my first time visiting Zaxby's and the service was wonderful there was no long wait for our food. The place was clean and it was the perfect place to hang out with your friends
