I got online at home and ordered 2 large pizzas, breadsticks, cheesesticks, and a big chocolate chip cookie at 9:39pm on a Tuesday night. After sending my order through, I saw that my delivery store closed at 10:00pm. I felt terrible and called them. The young man that answered the phone was very nice. I apologized to him for ordering so late right before they closed. He told me it was perfectly fine and said not to worry about it. He was very professional and sincere. The computer said my order would be delivered in 45 minutes, but the delivery man came within 35 minutes around 10:15pm. He was as friendly as could be and said he had heard that I had called in and apologized. He, too, said it wasn't a big deal when I thanked him for coming out so late. They even threw in an extra marinara sauce for me! These 2 gentlemen displayed amazing customer service and I will be ordering from this Pizza Hut again.
