Took my mom for breakfast she had never been to Stan's before. I haven't been since the remodel. It is beautiful inside, and clean. The food was great as always. I have to say I didn't feel dirty eating there as before, the place kind of old and dingy before the remodel. I will be back to try lunch and dinner. And they had the best sausage patties and western omelet I have ever had.
Food is always fresh-not frozen. Stays open until 10pm which is unusual for serving meat and three. Burgers and catfish are great.servers are very good and management is on top of everything.
Stopped here as we were passing through on our way back from vacation. We stopped around 7:30pm on Thursday August 9th. Elizabeth G was our server and her customer service was remarkable. We’d never been here before, and we had 6 little kids with us. She was so patient and so friendly. The kids were wound up from being in the car a long time, and we still had a long way to go. When one kid was miserable she knew exactly what to do to put a smile on their face. The food was also great! Lovely experience

I enjoyed a great meal suggested by my waitress, Jessie.
Had the bbq pulled pork and my sides were baked beans and turnip greens with cornbread.
Though the cornbread was not perfect, the pork was wonderful. The baked beans..couldn't stop eating them. The greens were like mama made.
Though the food was very hood, still, the top card of this visit was Jessie. Friendly, very attentive with the customers, and good natured. This was a nice visit and I hope to get back here soon to try more of the menu. (See pics).

This place is nice! We were returning home to Alabama from a trip to The Ark Encounter in Kentucky and we stopped at Stan's for lunch. I was intrigued when I saw that they'd been in business since 1947. They were busy, so it took a while, but it was well worth it. The food was very good and shopping the gift shop was fun, too. I highly recommend Stan's in Columbia, Tennessee.
Best veggie omelette I've every had! Highly recommend. Can't wait to try the rest of the menu. Service was off the chart! Definitely will be back
Jessie was our server. We had a party of 9. Even though she appeared overwhelmed at 1st, she did a great job! Food was delicious, like good ole home cooking 😋
An all time favorite from when I was a child. Great food and service. Ignore the road construction and give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.
