Great evening at Black Point celebrating my birthday! Awesome service, fabulous food, loved the lobster crab cake and my bison steak! Family style sides and the flourless chocolate torte as delicious as well! We will be back and it is one of my new favorite restaurants.
Let’s start with the filet mignon it was absolutely insanely delicious. Cooked to perfection. The sides are top notch as well. Friends we went with tried lobster for the first time and they loved it. The service was exceptional. To top it off the salted Carmel cheesecake was out of this world.
I loved it! Very classy but also encompasses a trendy, inviting neighborhood (Short North) vibe. Delicious steak & seafood offering but plenty for the vegan to enjoy as well. I visited as a group but it could be romantic also. Thank U for an entirely enjoyable evening b4 the game!
This place is AMAZING... We celebrated Our wedding anniversary here and we were not disappointed. From the valet out front to the coat service, down to the dessert it was phenomenal. We had the 22 oz bone in ribeye, 5oz lobster with Brussel sprouts and crab mash... Lord have mercy... And the butter
One of the best fine dining experiences downtown. Laid back, relaxing atmosphere, great service that doesn't rush you but comes at exactly the right time. Food aplenty - you will not leave hungry. Masterfully crafted cocktails.
Friendly staff, excellent food, great ambience. Highly recommend Black Point for business dinner, night out with family or taking someone special. The manager is also very friendly and accommodating.

I've eaten here twice and everything we've ordered has been delicious! We recently had dinner with a large party (12 people) and the service was fantastic! It's kind of expensive but it's a great place for a special occasion. My husband and I highly recommend eating here!
The Lobster Bisque was creamy and perfect. The Caesar Salad was good, as well, with a snappy dressing.
The 15 oz. New York Strip was cooked to perfection, topped with Maitre’d Butter. It didn’t have an overpowering flavor, but just the right amount of seasoning and smokiness.
