We absolutely love Carrabbas, our food was amazing and our waiter was top notch, he was on everything all the time. We've always had a great experience and great food no matter what location we've been to.
Had a great experience at Carrabba's Italian Grill at Polaris. The meal (I had lobster ravioli my wife had the pork chop) was excellent. Our waitress was a sweet young lady that was very attentive. Her personality was refreshing. We will be doing that again.
First time there with husband and son. Caesar salad was delicious. Husband had steak, son had lobster ravioli, and I had linguini with shrimp and scallops. We all enjoyed our meals. Prices are reasonable. Wait time was good. Waiter was good too. We will definitely be back!
Great service great food!! I was extremely impressed. I haven't had a server that good in a long time and I definitely showed that in my tip:). Can't wait till I go to Columbus again. I will be back!!

My husband is currently in rehab in order to recover from surgery. He is seriously ill. I have a beautiful story to share. I wanted to do something special for our Anniversary so I headed to Carrabbas to get Bob's favorite dinner. He has lost a lot of weight because the hospital food doesn't taste great to him. So the curbside waitress Zara, came up front, and as I started ordering I teared up. With each item I ordered I cried harder until I was a full blown mess. She was so kind and comforting listening to my story. While I waited for the food I asked the hostess If I could buy a couple of wine glasses. We could only put grape juice in them, but we toasted just the same. A few minutes later Kirsten, the manager, came out with two wrapped up wine glasses and wouldn't let me pay for them. When the dinner arrived they wouldn't let me pay for it either. They said it sounded like I had a lot on my plate and wanted to help out. How kind! I will never forget it. So when we enjoyed our dinner, they had even included an ooey gooey chocolate dessert that we hadn't ordered. Everything was wonderful LOVE CARRABBAS!! A wonderful 32 nd Anniversary. Go to Carrabbas and enjoy a delicious dinner and tell them how awesome they are!
As usual the food and service were great. The owner stopped by our table and introduced himself. I highly recommend Carrabba's. You won't be disappointed
The Marcella chicken is absolutely excellent the fettuccine and noodles are delicious with your mashed potatoes doesn’t get any better
This is my husband an my comfy food place. I love the food always delicious..my favorite is the sangria peach ..always have to get the pitcher..
It's my favorite Italian place forever as long as they never mess with my spaghetti it's always been perfect everytime
Carrabba's has pretty good pasta, I literally could just order the bread and oil with herbs because it's absolutely delicious. It seems there is always a bit of a wait even when you "call ahead" I'm sure its due to staffing. None the less pretty solid place!
First experience was good. They have a Sunday Happy hour at 3 that I wish my waitress would have told me about before I ordered my stuff. I was a half hour early waiting on a guest. The food itself was good. You get big portions for the pricing. Drinks are made well. It was a good atmosphere, a bit dark inside. I'd go again. The bread and olive oil are amazingly delicious.
We get literally the best service here and the great service is consistent with each visit (lunch or dinner). They use runners so that makes service even quicker and better. You will never wait on refills or fresh bread here. The food is good too.

This restaurant is very clean, neat and tidy! Our server/Bartender named Erica was very attentive and awesome with an amazing attitude and she also made our alcoholic beverages very delicious!! The food is amazing as well! Also the manager John, is also awesome with a great attitude and knows little tid bits with making the food taste better with the sauces and spices! He knows a lot about his job and is very customer friendly! I totally recommend this place with the highest respect!
Really enjoyed this place. Can be on the slightly pricier end but not terrible. Other than that, it's a great place to eat!

Monica and Erica made our first visit to Carrabba's memorable in every sense. My husband had been desiring a Negroni for days, and even though it wasn't on the official menu, Erica was kind enough to figure it out and make one for him. The menu offers a vast variety of dishes, and the food is tasty and well done. The dessert offered to us at the end was the cherry on the cake. We'll definitely be going here again.
Everything was wonderful. Our server, Knight, was busy but very attentive. Food was outstanding as usual. The ribeye is HUGE!!!
We had a great experience when searching for a night out dinner, and high grade choices with the family. Longer wait than I anticipated to be seated, however the waitress more than made up for it, and the staff here will do their best to not let you down. I had the chops with asparagus, and both were on point!
I have been coming here for a long time and I came in on 8/6 and I sat at the bar and Nunu took care of me. I love the new happy hour menu! Food, drinks and service were great! Whatever your doing keep it up!

The food was amazing. I had the Johnny's Trio. This was my first time ever eating here and definitely will not be my last. Hands down better then that other olive place.
