Wow! What a great addition to the downtown dining options in Columbus! My friend, Mark, said his Beef on Weck was maybe the best sandwich he'd ever eaten. I had the Devil's Revenge burger and enjoyed the liveliness that the habanero peppers brought to the experience.
They have a nice list of bourbons from which I tried two. Nothing, in my opinion, goes better with a burger than a bourbon!
I will definitely be returning! It's so nice to find a place that can cook a juicy burger.
Absolutely a must go! Big meals, cold beer and great whiskey. Awesome atmosphere and the staff is amazing.
Bourbon selection is wonderful ! The place has a very cool ambiance and I love the Blues music.
Nice little dinner spot downtown. Very convenient if you're attending a show at the Palace Theater later in the evening. Great variety of delicious burgers, the sweet potato fries are excellent. Service was excellent. No complaints. They also boast sixty varieties of Bourbon. Give them a try, you'll like it.
The food was good, service was fantastic!
We went here in a whim and was very impressed. The atmosphere was welcoming and the prices were reasonable. The food was phenomenal! This is definitely going to be a frequent visit on our trips to Columbus. The burgers were juicy and flavorful, and the sweet potato fries came with a perfectly complimenting caramel sauce.
Wife and kids went to a show at the Palace Theatre. Needed a place to kill some time and have a few beers. Accidentally found this place. The bar tender from the start was just super awesome. The atmosphere of the place was just outstanding. Loved the live music too. Great experience and sad I had to leave knowing I will not be able to make another 6 hour drive to go back.
The service was amazing. Eveyone was very attentive to us. The drinks were delicious. Their clam chowder was nice and creamy with lots of clams. Their wings are nice and meaty. Do yourself a favor and get the sweet potato fries. They come with this special caramel sauce. That sauce is like a I died and went to heaven. Its AMAZING!!!
Fun place, excellent drinks, music, and eclectic atmosphere
What a great gem of a place that has totally been hiding from us! We have passed by here so many times and never noticed. We went for restaurant week and everything was fantastic. My husband had the brisket with mashed potatoes and I had the ravioli with chicken. Both entrees were delicious. We will definitely go back in the future.
This place....THIS PLACE! I loved the feel and friendly atmosphere. I'm not big on the industrial look but this place blended it beautifully with the cozy old brick walls. Their burgers are to die for! I will gladly make the 1 1/2 hour trip back up to this place.
The Mac and cheese burger was amazing, either would have been good on their own. The chips and queso didn't blow my mind, it kinda tasted like the stuff from the jar which wasn't really what I was expecting. The restaurant is long and narrow with a stage for live music. Good bourbon selection, if that's your thing, but they do have other offerings as well.
It was past 10 pm and most places already closed. We found this place and we were the last customers of the day, arrived fifteen minutes before kitchen closed, so expectations weren't high. Service was excellent though, food was incredible.
I was asked how I liked my salmon and I said, medium well, although this late and this hungry I'm happy with sashimi-raw. Ten minutes later the salmon was served and there you have it, medium well, with beautiful garnish too. The salad was so good I took the remaining bit for leftovers. It's common for waiters to slow down on service after kitchen closes, but this guy kept renewing our drinks well beyond 11pm and without us asking.
Will come back next time I'm in the city.
Excellent environment, friendly service, great menu choices and really decent food and at affordable prices. Will be back.
We really had a good time.
We enjoyed ourselves.
The place never disappoints you on any ground.
Thanks to the team of Olivers O Lynn Alley!
Food is very tasty, not outstanding. Service is fantastic. Prices are a little high for what you get. When we went, I ordered the salmon sandwich. It came out and I cut it in half to find it wasn't cooked all the way through! I asked them to put it back on the grill for a few more minutes but they ended up remaking the plate. However, the second time, it was cooked even less well!! Our server watched me cut into it and was as shocked as I was. I think he may have had some words with the chef, but the third time it was delicious. I wasn't terribly upset but did expect that they'd take it off the bill, which they did without my having to ask, so points for that! But not only did they take it off the bill, they brought my husband and I dessert on the house. Not just one dessert - nope, they brought FOUR! I couldn't help but laugh and tell the server that it really wasn't necessary, but he insisted we take home what we didn't eat, so we ate one, took one to our babysitter, and saved the rest for another night. All in all, turned what could have been a very unpleasant experience into a delightful night! I'll be going back!
