Love this place. The subs are amazing.
I had the Italian and it was fantastic. Pop machine was really good. Salad was very large and nicely cut up. Eating area was a bit dirty and definitely needed cleaned up.
Firehouse Subs has a uniquely fantastic flavor and a compelling mission. It's great food and your patronage supports first responders in Ohio, and other states. I first tried Firehouse Subs back in 2012 and have been coming back again and again. We found the Polaris Parkway location in July of 2018 and have been back for 60 visits so far. You'll enjoy fast, friendly service from a great team. Wonderful food and a very casual atmosphere. Be sure to try their chili, and they have a hot sauce selection that is very impressive. Be sure to pick up a lemon cookie! Enjoy.
Freaking delicious! I tried them via Doordash for the first time last week and I was blown away. I can’t believe I never tried them before. So delicious and so filling!

I came in with a large company order that totaled over $100 (16 subs).. The two men working were gracious and kind even though I am sure my order was far from convenient. They even went through the trouble of labeling my subs so I could easily distribute them to the right people. Everyone was pleased with their food and stated it was delicious.

The food was pretty good. I ordered the larger instead I got a small and a medium isn't that big of a deal but less sandwich bc it's 3 ends not 2 but overall still great.

Delicious! Not only is every sandwich very tasty, but the quality adds to the flavor! The concept of contributing to public safety makes the meal purchase enjoyable. I highly recommend eating here. Their catering is equally awesome and makes eating at events so much easier! And my favorite sub is the barbeque brisket and cheddar.

Food was good. My husbands sandwich came out plain, when it should've been just without veggies. I ordered a turkey bacon ranch sandwich and it was quite tasty. We will not be going back to this venue, as the service was the bad part. We waited for a bit to order with no one in line ahead of us. They did not greet us with the normal Firehouse Greeting.
