Service was awesome food even better!! I absolutely love their hash browns. Smothered covered chunked oh yes!!
It was early evening (rush hour time), so few customer. The staff was wonderful! We love Waffle House food, but they seemed to have a different brand of bacon, which neither I nor my husband cared for... thus only 4 stars.
The staff are great. The servers are always polite and fast and the cooks make the food just the way I like it.
I love having breakfast there and I love their Angus burgers.
My own suggestion if you get breakfast to go and you order your bacon crispy ask for your bacon in a separate container and leave the lid partially off. It will remain crispy.. If you keep the lid on the bacon it won't be as crispy when you get it home.
I noticed the same thing about French fries. . I leave my bag open a little bit when I have french fries in it.
The staff today (noon Sunday) was smooth as a glider. When we walked in, every seat in the place was filled, and one man was waiting for his carry out order. We heard the manager encourage her team, telling them they were doing great, which, as a caring human, I love to hear!
And they were doing great! They worked together and thanked each other, and handled a ton of orders. It was really nice to dine in such a harmonious atmosphere. Kudos.
It was the first time my wife and I have ever been to a waffle house. The inside is nice a d we were able to find a spot right away. Food was good and cheap which was perfect after a long day at the Columbus Zoo. Service was alright. Not many people there and it took a little second to get drinks and a to go box. Altogether, it was an alright experience. Maybe I was expecting more, but I guess it is a waffel house!

Let's be honest. This is Waffle House and I went there at 3am.
I left the hospital at 3am hungry and mad after being in the ED for 9 hours!! Luckily, the WH was open! To my absolute surprise, it was CLEAN; even the bathrooms! I almost walked out to make sure I was actually in a WH or wasn't teleported into another dimension. The management and the servers were very friendly and exuded pride working there. I truly expected a 70yo Fran with that smoker's voice to come over, chewing gum, tapping her pencil on her notepad, and hating having a customer arriving. "WHADDAYA have sweetie", in that deep gravely voice. I was super surprised that everyone was upbeat and having fun. The line cook was cracking jokes with us and everyone was happy and that truly fed my happiness.
The hospital adventure melted away and I had a waffle, full bacon order, eggs, and hashbrown. The staff kept the orange juice and diet soda coming and we never once wanted for anything.
Waffle House, I can say I was truly surprised, happy, and all the other positive adjectives. Thanks for the good meal and fun times.
Burgundy and Theo were so nice and provided excellent service! The cook also did a fantastic job, and our food tasted amazing! I'd never been to Waffle House before, so I was very impressed! I can't wait to go back to this location!
Small, no-frills, diner-style atmosphere. Prices were resonable and the food was solidly good. Neat pictures around the store of the diner and its employees in its historic days.
Top dog was our service person and was awesome. Sat at the bar and watched everyone work and it was great. Very good experience
Really good food and great service. The only thing I didn't like was the waitresses were standing around behind the counter on their phones in front of the customers. In my waitressing experience, it was rude and made the business look bad if we were on our phones in the dinning area.
I don't know her name but ima call her MA Dukes is the Most patient person I've meet in a long time. This lady needs to be the Ambassador of world peace cause she totally defused a " YouTube waffle house vid" last night. Ma'am, God bless you and your young helper. You both rock!
My food was good. The cook did a wonderful job. The waitress was very nice to chat with and kept the coffee coming.
I love coming to any WAFFLE HOUSE. They always have great food & warm servers. Always make me feel welcomed and invited to sit and eat. Coffee, ehh, tasted burnt. And they need atleast 1 flavored creamer.
No complaints. The food was good, it didn't take too long, and the workers were friendly. I'll go back.
food is occasionally spotty on quality but really only noticed with grits. everything else is great. service is great and people are sweet and kind.
Food was great! Hash browns were crispy, eggs were real eggs, and the waffles were tasty. We came in with my son’s entire basketball team and their turnover got us all seated and eating within 20 minutes even though they were full when we got there. Watching the line cooks get so many people fed left me in awe. Very impressive!!!
