Consistent for a chain., We do not eat chain pizza? We like the mama pops but Romeo's? It's the best chain pizza.
A number of reviews mention great pizza, but spotty quality control. That seems about right. I ordered the deep dish with sausage and onion for my first order. They forgot the onion. However, I'll try again because the pizza was delicious. They have a slightly sweet pizza sauce and their Capone sauce is a spicy garlic dipping sauce. It could have used maybe 3 extra minutes in the oven because the center was doughy, so I'll request it well done next time.
I want to thank the Manager Spencer, the young man who started to take my order, and the young lady who checked me out when I arrived to pick up my pizza for providing me with EXCELLENT customer service. They were patient with me and professional. Spencer personally handled my order and I was very pleased with my pizza. I will definitely be returning to Romeos pizza in Gahanna. Keep up the good work! That sweet sauce is super delicious 😋.
The Chicago style deep dish was delicious. I highly recommend it. I will definitely order it when in the area.

I am a big fan of deep dish pizza, because it’s the best. I was browsing DoorDash and spotted Romeos. I was about to order just a stuffed crust until this beauty of a deep dish caught my eye and I ordered that, along with some cinnamon bread.
Got the food delivered and was impressed as soon as I opened the box. The sauce on the pizza has some sweetness to it and it, which I like in sauces. They also gave me some Capone Sauce and it compliments the sweetness of the pizza sauce as well. The cinnamon bread is good too, it’s thick and has that sweet buttery and cinnamon taste.
Overall, I think I found my new pizza spot!
UPDATE: I was emailed by ownership and they did more than enough to make this up to me.
We order weekly, usually on Tuesdays. The last two Tuesdays we have had issues with our orders. It's nothing major... Ordered traditional crust, got thin... paid for extra toppings, didn't get extra (unless you call 2 chicken tenders total on a salad extra)... ordered a stromboli and it was cut into 8 pieces... Stuff like that. It starts to make a person feel like they are being ripped off after spending 50+ dollars on pizza. The pizza is the best, so it is very sad that I have to start ordering elsewhere.
I got my order on Uber Eats and I was totally impressed. This is some of the best pizza I have had in a long time. I was totally impressed by the next day quality as well. They cooked it very quick and it was too my door in no time. I was hoping to find a good place now that I'm here and didn't want a chain shop. First try and I was absolutely impressed. Thank you!
Romeo's is my go to pizza when I need fast delivery and good food. Usually my family gets light to no sauce on any pizza we order, but with Romeo's delicious sweet sauce, we've actually asked for it heavy. I have always been highly satisfied with my service and food here. I recommend them all the time to friends and co-workers.

We order from this location often, Romeo’s is our favorite pizza. They always have coupons on their website, their rewards program is pretty good and if you have a crowd, you can’t go wrong with their sheet pizzas. We live pretty close, but our food always arrives in 30 minutes or less and is so hot we can’t eat it right away. Their sweet/tangy sauce is perfect and their deep dish pizza is also delicious!
