Quick friendly service even at the busiest time at lunch. We were in/out within 30 minutes. Great fresh ingredients and good food.
Portions were huge for great price! Tasted delicious. Will come back!

They are always nice here. The food has gotten expensive than it was before so I don’t come here often. But all the BIBIBOPS are nice, the people at Easton are always lovely as well. Come here on Meatless Mondays for a discount!!
Great service and food! My friends and I love coming here. The menus are very large and visible and the aisles are wide enough to be accessible to anyone! There is an elevator which is great, but there could be better signage indicating its location.

Always love Bibibop. Fresh, tasty, and filling! The people working here have always been very nice and the line usually moves quickly. I get all of the toppings over rice and spicy chicken. A plus that they usually have free miso soup!!
It's great when healthy food tastes so good! This is my go-to place when I'm in the mood for fast food but not all the calories and fats.
Fairly busy at 2pm on a Tuesday. Looks like a lot of college students, which makes sense because it’s across from one of the OSU buildings.
Has some seating closer to the entrance, and then there are stairs leading to the main area with the rest of the restaurant. Nice and clean for the most part. I did the online order with the app so my food was ready for me.
Clean restaurant, quick service, amazing food! Staff were quick to process the line and were good with directing ingredients. Restaurant was kept clean even with the large crowd of people. Food was absolutely delicious, and fairly priced.
Delicious! Great service too. I got noodles with steak, Pineapple (up charge $1), cheese, red cabbage, and kale. Fresh ingredients and a healthy portion size. I had more than I could eat. The lemonade was divine.
Food and service were great! I went at noon on a Saturday and only one person was ahead of me. The food turned out to be a lot better than expected, I was amazed. Inside was very clean with an interesting layout.
I ordered delivery from bibibop website, as they are giving 1$ delivery. The amount of food is certainly reduced in the delivery i got. The size of the bowl is smaller than before. Just few days back I got store pick and the bowl size was good. This is total cost cutting strategy. Already they increased the price of items from last year. very disappointing.

The food is amazing and there is something for everyone. The staff seemed less than amused with their jobs and didn't seem to have a lot of knowledge of ingredients. It's a campus spot so the atmosphere is exactly what you expect except maybe a bit cleaner.
Love everything about the place and like that they also give out free miso soup, not that it's my favorite thing. But the food and the environment of Bibibop expresses a sense of effort in care for its consumers!
The chicken used to have leftover sauce on it...which made it more palatable. It's kind of dry now. Other than that...I have no other complaints! Food is always fresh and the service is awesome! My suggestion try the kale as a base!
