I don’t know what shift that is that works literally like right now 8/7/23 2:25pm but that is the most nicest and pleasant people to see and half handle your food ever. All smiles and no attitude especially the drive-through crew, they literally have changed my mood every single time I’ve went through that drive-through and you can definitely tell that their managers are managing, nothing but good vibes good hot food nice cold drinks every time I hear them on that speaker I know I’m about to have a good day and my food is about to be really good thank you Wendy’s for your good customer service. It’s amazing.
They should have more than chocolate, and the peppermint frost they should also still have the vanilla because a lot of people don't like chocolate or the peppermint or whatever the special is.
Nice dine in area. Love being able to get my own sodas. Service was quick.
4 stars because the lady working the counter was really nice and was clearly a hard worker. It was pretty evident that they purposely short staffed the store forcing employees to multi task leaving the counter unattended so that customers would be encouraged to use the new automated touch screen ordering system. I chose to wait the 10 minutes it took the girl to finish filling the order ahead of mine so that I could place my order with a live person.. a person who undoubtedly has bills to pay.. who needs the job. I refuse to encourage making jobs obsolete so that a billion dollar company can safe a few bucks forcing it's customers to essentially do the job for them
This is the first time I've been to this location, and the only one I will be going to for the foreseeable future. The other Hilliard locations are incredibly slow and always mess up multiple things in the order. We ordered for 7 people and they had it right and fast and it was very appreciated.
Way way better than my hometown Wendy's
