Mr heros is always so good. The place is always clean no matter which one you go to. They are never packed but theres customers in there every visit. The food is made to order and gosh darn tasty. The pepperoni bites were slamming. They have so many great choices on their menu and the desserts look so good.
This is the second time I've been here. Doesn't seem to get much business but swear the food has been FRESH BOTH times I've been here! Staff are really friendly and shout out to Jayson for serving us today! They are being slept on! Make sure you guys order the jalapeno poppers!!!!!

I haven't been hear in years!! The last time was in the city it originated (Cleveland). It was just as good as it was years ago only a different location. The food was hot, fresh and delicious.
I'm a comment reader and this place doesn't have food already prepared, it's prepared when you order it. You're gonna have a wait time people. I ordered 2 LARGE Romanburger meals and about had a heart attack when I heard the price of almost $50 but when I got the food I realized what I actually ordered was 2 reg. Romanburgers each, Large Waffle Fries and hugh drinks!
You can't buy groceries and make this for $50! Thanks to our Administration groceries are astronomical! My groceries have increased by $150 at the least! Eating out is a luxury now for most people! Most places get your order wrong, serve nasty food that cold and hard or just forget items you order all together!! Yes the prices are high. Yes it takes a bit of wait time but it's WORTH IT! Sorry for the rant but dang people. Lol

I’m pretty sure Mr. Hero is one of God’s gifts to humanity! It’s probably the sandwich I would pick for my last meal. Always so fresh and delicious. Yes you have to wait a little longer than average but man is it worth it!! The staff is so nice and friendly. You all get an A++++++++
Placed a fairly large order online for lunch for the office. Everything was prepared perfectly and the staff was very friendly. I'll be back.
Just about every time I come here I come through the drive-thru and they are always very nice. They always ask do I want cheese sauce with my fries... So I don't forget to ask myself. I love it here!!! I'm just sad that it's only one here in Columbus, Ohio. They are pretty good about getting food out in a timely manner for it to always be fresh off the grill
This restaurant was originally the only Mr Hero's in Columbus. Thank you Mr Patel for bring a visionary and bringing one of my hometown favorite to Columbus. Also, this Mr Hero's attention to detail is refreshing. They never mess up an order. Thanks for being there and listening. There food is delicious.
