I have been so excited to try this restaurant and it lived up to my expectations! I ordered chicken dum biryani and my friends ordered the goat. The dish was beautifully prepared, beautifully aromatic, and full of flavor. The portions are very large and well priced. The service was super nice and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back to try new things!
We had a wonderful yummy Rajugari kodi pulav and monagadu kodi vepudu at Hyderabad house columbus. Service is great, and food is yummy, we loved all the items , appreciate the bottled water haven't see any desi restaurant provide bottled water. They served some special kind of deserts for opening days like kind a laddoo, kaja and milk kova sweets are delicious
Strongly recommended for south Indian food and biryani varieties.
There seems to be mixed reviews here but I just ordered an easy meal of baby corn manchurian for carryout (spicy please!! 😁🔥) & it was fast & delicious.
I've been to Trinethra market loads of times & have always been meaning to stop by the restaurant here & now I'm happy I did.
I'll be back.

Great south indian meals served on a plate and Banana leaf. Good service and taste.
BEST Chicken dum biryani
BEST Goat dum biryani in Columbus.
My experience over the weekend lunch wasn’t good but the biryanis changed my review altogether, thanks to the owners and staff for being welcoming and taking feedback so nicely.
Great food is the best compliment;
And happy customer is your best advertisement :)
I love the food there. The pure "Vijayawada Flavor" experience touched me. Great taste, quick serving, warm customer service.
We almost didn’t go here because of the tough reviews. Yes we had to wait but the biryani was good. The weekend we went and they had some special pulav and it was like being transported back to my home town. So don’t worry about the reviews and try for yourself. All the Indians restaurants shouldn’t serve butter and chicken. Support these authentic South Indian flavors too !
Hands down... one of the best thalis in town..
Definitely in my favorites
Aymen was our waiter today and he was so helpful in describing the menu. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. The food was the best I have had in Ohio! I will definitely be back for the Gobi! Wish I could give this place 10 Stars. Prices are very reasonable for the delicious, quality food. highly recommended. Atmosphere was on point with good music 😀
Excellent restaurant located inside a supermarket. The food always comes out piping hot and tastes very fresh. We started coming to weekend lunch Rajugari bhojanam and it’s become a tasty highlight of the week. They’re clearly striving to provide better service and more options. Give it a try, very much worth a trip!
This place is great! Anytime we’re trying to figure out where we want to eat for lunch during the work week, this place comes up almost every time. The food is awesome. It’s in a grocery store which is fun to look around in. If you’ve never been before you should definitely check this out. One of the best Indian restaurants in Columbus by far.
This restaurant is within the Indian grocery store. The food size is big, so the price is reasonable. They served food pretty fast, and it was clean and delicious. We had no bad service, burnt bread, or wrong meal issues. Their Google review once held us back, but we were glad we tried it.
Can't says it's the best, but If not Hyderabad house, there is no better restaurant in Columbus.
Food taste always 10/10 except for very few times
Best place for Hyderabad chicken dum biryani
Fun fact: Try dum biryani on Thursday Eve, you'll get a special taste, may be a different chef that day.
Thank you Hemant for great service..such a lovely person who took care of us during the dinner ❤️
And no doubt the food is best in the world 🔥
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hyderabad House Polaris, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The ambiance, coupled with the delectable cuisine, made it a memorable visit.
A special thanks to Hemant, our waiter, who went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was impeccable. His attentiveness, friendly demeanor, and recommendations added a personal touch to the evening.
The menu offered a delightful array of authentic dishes, and each bite reflected the culinary expertise of the chefs. The service was prompt, and the entire staff contributed to creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Overall, I highly recommend Hyderabad House Polaris for anyone seeking a delightful culinary journey. Kudos to Hemant and the entire team for making our dining experience truly exceptional.
The food was amazing. Very authentic and quite delicious
The bread bowl was more than enough for the three of us. The cashew chicken, spicy but very good. The Mali kofta were delicious. The special of banana leaf fish was really tasty... And didn't have any left overs on the fish. The chana was perfect... Crunchy outside and creamy inside.
The dining area was plain, but clean and comfortable.
Masala dosa is excellent!!! Dosa is huge and comes with 4 small curries in a plate. Vegetable curry, some varieties of chutneys on the plate, masala dosa itself has some potato masala and it was awesome!!
Nellore Fish curry is little bit spicy, but flavourful!!!
Tikka masala is with usual flavours. The place is super busy. The restaurant is attached to the Trinethra grocery store, they are not separate.
Hyderabad House is one of the first of two restaurants that introduced me to Indian cuisine and I'm addicted now. I really enjoy eating here, their buffet option is great for a person who is new to Indian food because it lets you sample a number of different dishes. I am completely in love with Biryani now lol. I highly recommend Hyderabad House.
Update: Thali is back and everything is still delicious!
The restaurant is within an India grocery store. The service was nice and we got our food very soon after we ordered. And the food was delicious.
This is one of my favorite Indian restaurants in Columbus! Located inside a grocery store, you might miss it if you're not looking for it.
There's plenty of parking outside, but limited but a decent amount of tables to sit at, and they also provide to-go services. We were a bit confused on ordering and for dine-in, you can order at the window if you know what you want, or you can sit and order and they bring it out when the order is complete. You can take a stroll around the grocery store after you eat as well, it's a good spot to find some gems!
We order a few dishes to share and a bread basket, and I recommend everything! Every dish was spiced well, flavorful, and delicious. Everything tastes authentic and quality made. All the dishes seemed like they took a lot of time and care to make. The chicken in the chicken dishes we got were tender and juicy! The dishes were also pretty affordable and they give you plenty of food and each entree comes with a side of rice.
Be careful what you order because if you can't tolerate spice well, but you can adjust your level of spice from mild to spicy, and we loved it. Definitely get their bread basket, so you can try 4 types. My favorite is the garlic naan, it's delicious.
Staff usuallycheck on us once or twice but if you need anything, you can walk up to the window. Staff are usually really nice and answer any questions. They provide bottles of water instead of cups and there are to-go containers available if you can't finish your meal. I recommend dining in because the food will come hot and fresh.
Definitely a hidden gem and so delicious! Visit and have a great meal. I recommend for small groups, tasty Indian food, and you get value.
My first time here! Had an order of Guntur Chilli Dosa which was excellent. Had Idli and Gutti Venkaya Curry and mutton pepper fry to go! Asked for it to be spicy! It was! Also very tasty and generous portions. An added bonus is the Indian grocery shopping here which was fabulous! Will definitely recommend this place.
I like the food here. So close to food we get in India. Exactly the same taste of home town. I would ignore the wait because the wait is worth. We come all the way from Zanesville to eat here.
Looking for authentic & quality food this is the place. Rest you can adjust.
