We dined in and ordered hot chicken pizza and traditional bbq wings. Food was good and service was good as well. Not sure about all the negative online order reviews, when you go there in person, you could see the good service and effort that they are doing.

Just went in now amd manager on shift was amazing. Was cool and beyond helpful for questions I had amd helped me out with best deal to get. Best location in cumbus. Foods always on point and friendly conversations every time I go in. These guys need raises hands down.
Pizza is always good, I love the sauce! The workers were very nice when I went to go pick it up… I ordered bacon and pepperoni as the toppings and as you can see in the photo I picked the “bacon” off as it was very fatty. I’ll just remember next time to not order the bacon as a topping.

We got plant based “pepperoni” and black olives on an extra large pizza and Dr. Pepper picked up.. was yum and esp the meatless meat part is awesome! Not sure how many other places offer this option but it’s great for new vegan curious/conscious people.

Love donatos when it comes to chain pizza. When it comes to Chain pizza joints in ohio, with all due respect to the other pizza joints, because all of them are unique in their own ways, but donatos takes the cup for me for chains.
Amazing service! I had ordered a pizza a few weeks back and the app told me to go to the wrong location - so I never actually got my food. I have been working all week and haven’t had the chance to come get my pizza since I never got it that day. Today went to the store the order sent to, to see if there was anything they could do instead of a gift card like the other location had said.
The manager Vanessa at the front counter was so sweet to me about the situation. She listened to the issue, and agreed with me about just replacing the order instead of a gift card. She was so kind to me and attentive and took care of me walking into the store despite how short staffed the team seemed. Thank you Vanessa for not only taking care of the issue, but for being so kind! I will definitely be back to this location again from now on… wether the app messes the location up or not!

The younger boy behind the counter was great. He waited on me and other customers, kept the front tables clean.
The three employees in the back were terrible. The phone rang and the boy up front waiting on a customer asked three times for anyone in the back to answer it. Not one of the three would help and two just walked around doing nothing. The phone rang for over 5 min while the ones in back refused to do anything at all. (One even was laughing as the boy up front asked for help) If I was the boss, I would fire all three in the back and promote the boy at the register who was trying to take care of everything.
This is the second time I have ordered a veggie pizza from this location and again it was Excellent. Delivery time was 35 minutes which was excellent. Additionally, both drivers were very efficient and super sweet. Support this location, they have my loyalty. The price is worth it! Well done to the staff and managers. 💜
