I was very impressed by the person who took our order. She was extremely polite! The food came out in a timely manner. The chicken nuggets were fantastic!
Employees were nice. Quick drive through. They ran out of roast beef when I was here. They were friendly though and substituted for another meat which was fine with me.
I give this server 2 star.
I wanted the special deal 2 sandwiches with a drink,
The Cashier said the drink is separate,
. I will have to pay for the drink separately.
And that's something I did not want to do,
Believe it or not, this is my third or fourth time visiting Arby restaurant.
So I went somewhere else and got me a meal with the drink.

Ain't that something it took somebody on the outside To explain that to me, that should have been somebody else's job, Like the cashier, I believe she should have explained that to me but I didn't go back and order a combo and I got my drink with the meal, If The cashier explained to me I would not have left
8-31-2021. I have to say the staff here is beyond amazing! As soon as I pulled up, I was asked if I was ready to order or needed a minute to look over the menu. Other places close to here, answer the drive thru like one moment please we will be right with you. Fresh to order all my food was very hot! The staff was very friendly and kind I highly recommend to stop by if you want good service.

This was the first time in my life I felt anything personal (like the feeling of home) from a fast food restaurant Selina unexpectedly made it an experience you don’t get from anywhere else. She was funny, friendly, and professional at the same time. That location would not be the same with out her. I pray she is makes what she deserves to make there and I pray the company knows the Diamond they have. As long as Selina is there, I highly recommend this Arby’s. Dine in, you won’t regret it.
Been here 3 times for a large chocolate shake and the last time was the first time it was made correctly. They are supposed to put whip cream and chocolate syrup on top the shake. Every other Arby's does. The first 2 times they did not put and chocolate syrup but this last time they did. The shake still tastes fine and I didn't complain. I actually thought maybe this arbys didn't do it until they did this time lol. I have had a surgery making it had to eat food and am on soft food and liquid diet so a shake helps me with my calorie intake.
I do not eat meat except tuna fish and shrimp. This is the ONLY. Arbys that accommodates me!! I get a 3 cheese arbys roast beef with no roast beef. They give me extra cheese and onions and always no questions asked and with a smile! Their staff I love to see their beautiful smiles and upbeat mannerism!! This store should be recognized more!! Thank Arbys of Morse Rd! I love u guys!!
I don't normally visit Arby's, but my family and I dined it and the dining room was so clean. The sandwiches were great and we ofc took advantage of the $1 shake happy hour!! Will definitely be getting the coffee milkshake again!
We ordered through the drive thru. The loaded fries were spicy I wasn't expecting that.
I had a great experience dining in! Professional and friendly staff (especially Jerrica who was stellar) chicken sandwiches were everything you would want for a quick and tasty bite.
