There breakfast is the best and I live the drive thru staff. They are always pleasant.
I've always preferred wendys nuggets over any other place.. I even worked at McDonalds and I'd go to wendys on break and get their food instead... the taste is better quality and the service is always fast and friendly. The cleanliness is high as well. No complaints from me! <3

This Wendy’s always delivers hot and fresh breakfast food and beverages. One of my favorite fast food places. I’ve also have visited this Wendy’s for breakfast and lunch. Fresh meat and their French fries are always on point. Never stale, coke, or overly cooked. Their fries are Always good and fresh. Service is fast and professional. Parking is limited and sometimes the drive-thru gets very busy.
Plenty of comfortable places to sit while dining in - not always the case with Wendy's. Have soda machines where you can get your own refills. Service friendly and prompt even at lunch. Parking lot was congested and nearly got hit twice.
I had an amazing experience at the good food restaurant yesterday! The food was delicious and the staff went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. We accidentally forgot our card at home, but the staff was incredibly understanding and gave us our order for free. We were blown away by their generosity and kindness. I highly recommend this restaurant not only for their delicious food, but also for their exceptional customer service.
I have never been to a restaurant that locks the door at lunchtime. Wendy's is always my favorite and best burgers hands down. Unfortunately, in the post Covid19 world, some things haven't come back to full speed.
If you're hungry on East Broad Street leaving downtown Columbus, this is your only choice for fast food. This place is hard to find because it doesn't look like a fast food restaurant at all. With it's fancy brick and designer lights, it looks more like a nice doctor's office.
Regina the cashier is the best thing about this Wendy’s. Love seeing her sweet face at the drive through.
As far as Wendy's goes, it's the best option within 10 miles. Not incredible, but definitely acceptable.

The food was incorrect for my order. They forgot my kids' meal. I drove back home and had to come back out and get the kids' meal. This visit was not a good one.
Friendly staff very helpful food was good and hot and that new strawberry frosty the bomb had to get my regular chocolate one.also
Service was good my fries was high straight-out degrees hadn't had good fries like that in years
Love it but they're short staffed and need to give more hours to their workers or get more people to help maintain the store.
