Every time I come here my food is hot and fresh. It's always on time. If it says pick up at 10:55 pm, be there it's going to be ready. Great customer service, I see different people every time I go, but the service is always excellent. This is the best in columbus. My sister passes the downtown location to come here because she knows her food will be hot and fresh when she comes home from her 20 min ride.
This Donatos has improved over the past couple of years. Me and my family order here at least four or five times among however on occasion we still get our orders screwed up either the driver forget something or it's more than an hour long wait. Also sometimes we've even received our food undercooked or overcooked. I gave four stars because they have dramatically improved in the past three years my first writing was a one-star.
I see nothing but bad reviews for this location but I've been ordering here for years and just ordered today, my food is always hot and fresh and made correctly. I've ordered directly from the website for delivery as well as UberEATS which I used today and it's always the same fast service. The only thing I will say, and it's for every location, they're bacon and pepperoni cheese breads are never fully cooked in the middle but they look cooked on the outside.. I just pop them in the microwave or air fryer for a couple of minutes and they're fully done. Other than that the food is great.
Always a nice staff. One had a missing item made it right with no hassles.. the people at drive up window are always polite and easy going especially
OMG….. They made my order so right I thought they made it wrong…. STG… I ordered a large pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and they put so much cheese on it I had to hunt for my pepperoni and I found it…. IT WAS THERE…. LOOK 👀 #BUSSIN 🥰👌🏽😊
Service was great. Pizza was ready on time as promised. Flavor as expected. My favorite place for pizza. Do it for the taste, you can't go wrong with Donatos.
I just got a personal size pizza with just mushrooms and cheese. It was so good and nice and hot. I hadn’t had a pizza in a long time. I waited maybe ten minutes. The employee who waited on me was nice and efficient. It was also very reasonably priced.
Kay was great, and the food as well as the customer service was beyond good.
I love this place . I get off work late and there open even if I order at 11 o’clock or 1130 they have my order done quick . I always order big order 😂 and last night ( Tuesday) there was only 3 people working it was really busy they did there best and my subs didn’t get made but they made it quick and had it done right after they gave me my pizza and plates . It was still awesome! They had a GREAT attitude to even tho they was trying there best to get the orders done and help everybody in the drive thru they was still polite and asked if I needed plates or anything . It’s nice to go somewhere where people have GREAT customer service skills even if it’s busy . And that’s why I love coming here!! The manager was stressed but STILL was polite and Cool . Great job
