The service was fast at lunch time and accurate, my girlfriend didn't feel well and the soup helped make her feel better.

Should I really have to? You provide nutrition to I’d wager 25% of the nation. One would think an authority like you would know better. But you don’t. Thank you for Sip club, it’s equivalent to life support at this point. It’s a joke people, I love this place. I love it enough that I’d offer my services if they were so inclined

It is a very good place to eat and have a good time, only in busy hours there is a bit of confusion, the service is good, but in my order I missed the utensils, but I understand there are very busy hours, I do recommend this place to eat. Sundays it is closed. Thanks.

Third or fourth time at this location and I have to say, I received great service from a newer staff member! The service was so excellent that I asked for her name, which is Amanda P. She said she works mornings and I will definitely be back to see her smiling face! Thank you Miss Amanda!!

This place provides the quickest service and the best food. They never fall short of treating the visitors in best way. The best part is that this place is very well organised and maintained.

I ate a very-early-and-pleasant breakfast yesterday morning [10-22-2022] at the Panera Bread at 611 E. Livingston Ave., Ste. A, in the "Southern Orchards" neighborhood of Columbus and across the street from Nationwide Children's Hospital. I had been planning to attend an all-day conference yesterday at Nationwide Children's Hospital so I had decided that I would eat breakfast first at the Panera Bread that is directly across the street. My food choice for yesterday had been "Sausage, Scrambled Egg and Cheese on Ciabatta." For some reason that is not completely clear to me, the sandwich that I had paid for and had received had not included cheese. I had not been charged for cheese and I had not received cheese [which had actually made for a slightly-cheaper breakfast than I had been expecting]. I believe that it is possible to order -- and to pay for -- your food on one of several machines that look like credit card machines but I had not noticed those machines until after I had ordered and had received my order and had learned about the missing cheese. If you are near Nationwide Children's Hospital during the early morning [as well as during other parts of the day], I recommend the Panera Bread that is directly across the street. But I also recommend that you verify that you have indeed ordered what you had intended to order.

My experience was 5 stars. I read several bad reviews and was a little reluctant to order from this location. I did anyway and everything was fine. I ordered ahead on the app. My food was ready earlier than I expected and it was accurate and tasted good. That’s all I needed!

Went to order on the tablet and it was having trouble reading my card, i tried 2 different cards like 4 times each until it froze and i had to redo the whole order. When i went to get my food the girl had an attitude, for no reason. I got the chipotle chicken sandwich, pretty tasty i like the Avocado in it. Would i come back? Yes because it's across the street from my job. Worth the money? Ehh can't justify paying $7.50 for half a sandwich. Next time i will order with the cashier.

I'm in need of food and I took a chance and walked in there and asked to speak to the manager and told me my plate and he blessed me with a toasted bagel sour cream I think a soup half of bagel to go with it for the to fill me an apple a cup of coffee and a bag of chips may God bless that manager

The food is quite good, the wait staff are very friendly and they always get the orders out quickly. The biggest issue is the lady that owns the place. She has a serious attitude problem. She treats both staff and customers badly and is just plain rude. She would be best off staying far away from the customers and delegating customer service duties to someone more friendly and polite. 4 stars for food quality and food service. 1 star for management.

David at the register was so helpful this was my 3 time in and I was not sure on a few item's he gladly described what each salad and the new pizza. He helped me not feel awkward. Place was clean, bathroom, eating as well as the drink stations. Food was yummy and I have missed out on a great place to eat...

This Panera had a rough start when they opened, but have taken it to a whole new level. They deal with Hospital lunch rushes and do a great job. They got my order slightly incorrect and the manager went above and beyond to correct it. The workers are always great and very friendly faces. The parking for this place isn't the greatest, but it is so nice to have at the hospital. They also make sure they have people to handle the lunch rush, so I usually never wait longer than 5 or so minutes. Great job on this staff Panera!
