It was my first time and WOW!! I had a Reuben sandwich with Fries and a lemon aid.
So Delicious, loved the bread and everything. I should have asked for a side of Thousand Island dressing, I'm from NY ...so the search was on, you know.,..for that at home taste.

Didn't expect to spend that much $40.+ for lunch, but my friend enjoyed her meal as well. She also enjoyed the singing employees. Kudos πππ
Great place to eat and this particular store follows order notes to the letter. The Penn Station app could use some updating but the stores themselves are great. If corporate sees this, give online customers the option of asking for extra steak seasoning please. The option to remove steak seasoning is available but not add extra option, thanks.
Got turkey sub love the bread made fresh every day fresh cut fries or a must Everytime I eat here. They're always consistent

The food was very good but it was a bit pricey
But I don't think I have had a better Sub in fact we used to stop up in Westerville and get a Yogi's hoagies they was top notch non better believe it closed and they reminded of them I most certainly will order again probably do it online next time but it really doesn't take long for them to fix it

Well, the bathroom was out, they were doing construction in the dining room, and the gentleman behind the counter taking my order refrained from ordering me the kids meal. They say they no longer have it. However, in Cincinnati where I live, they still do. I'm physically disabled, and had my brother with me who has dementia. Didn't appreciate your cander. Couldn't wait to get home, to tell my usual team, who has complete and total respect, for disabled people.
Good Subs. Decent service. It's a little dark inside. I would go back again.
I wouldn't recommend the pizza sub, but the steak sub is awesome. The day we went they ran out of fries, which sucked. So I wouldn't recommend going there too late. Some of the staff were okay a out it, but I feel like the customer service experience could've been better.
Was upset to hear they no longer serve combos. You have to purchase e every item separately.
This is my favorite Penn Station ever!! Sydney is the BEST manager. The store is always immaculate. The staff is always upbeat and enthusiastic. Sheβs always hard at work back there and honestly the WHOLE staff deserves raises. They hold it down like no other crew. Itβs my favorite quick dinner for me and my wife. We ALWAYS have an extremely pleasant time. Thank you Sydney and Penn Station!
We ordered online for carry out. They had the subs ready, but I had to wait just a couple of minutes for those delicious fries to come out of the fryer, which was fine by me! Penn station fries are the best. Subs were fresh and hot. The staff was friendly and efficient.
Penn Station is a step above the other sub shops, in my opinion.
This particular location Is literally the best location in the city I've been coming here for years and it never fails my food is always fresh hot delicious the store is so clean the people are the sweetest OMG I'm not for sure the names of the employees but there's a gentleman that is on the grill and there's a young lady that was on the grill and there was a young lady that was working the fry station for the 2 individuals working the grill my hats off to you, you definitely are the heartbeat to the store and make My experience memorable every time I come hence I keep coming back lol thanks again friends π€
