This restaurant has been renamed to Whitehall China Cafe. The owner and his wife were working late; it was after 730p when I arrived. My Kung Po Beef was very good for less than $10.
They do not skimp on the quality of their ingredients... everything tasted fresh and was cooked as it should be. There were a few other small touches that made it a cut above the traditional chinese restaurant, one of which was the menus. It's a small thing, but the menu was very well made and nicely organized/uncluttered. It was a nice touch when so many just give a placemat sized piece of paper. 7/10 would eat again.
