Love everything about this place... Their food is awesome, and the staff is always friendly and helpful... Completely loaded with heartfelt Southern charm... My friends and I come everytime we get the chance!!! This is also my special needs child's favorite place to eat because it has all of her favorite foods: chicken, fruit, and chocolate chip cookies... I bring her almost once a month after one of her stressful doctors' appointments that she has and it's a great feeling to know the staff is courteous and helpful with her... The first time we came she ordered a peanut butter and jelly sandwich... I was embarrassed, but I knew that Caitlyn only ordered what she wanted at the time... The cashier was so sweet and said that even though it wasn't on the menu that it would be no problem fixing Caitlyn what she wanted... I was completely floored!!! The cashier recognized that Caitlyn has trouble with the unknown and trying out new things with having ADHD and possible Autism... This made me love this place even more... They are always in tune with what we need as customers... Service with a smile always and really compassionate... Never fake...
All the variations I've tried have been delicious. Always friendly fast service and they appreciate your business. The best place to meet friends for lunch. And the grape salad is wonderful.
I took my girls with me to eat dinner and food was great. We had great experience, staff was so friendly and food was fresh and delicious!! We will be back ��

Chicken Salad Chick is my favorite. I love Barclay Buffalo and Sassy Scotty and, of course, Classic Carol is my all time fave. The grape salad and broccoli salad are amazing and the pimento cheese is really good!!

My daughter Alli and I were in Columbus yesterday and tried it for the first time...we were in love!! We are from Albany and now wish we had a Chicken Salad Chic. Amazing food & prices aaand the customer service was awesome. Great Job CSC!!

The chicken salad is wonderful. The nutty nanna is my absolute favorite. Always feel welcome when I come in. Loved the customer appreciation day.
The food is always fresh here! Definitely a great spot for an alternative and healthy meal! I greasy eats here! There are so many choices, I find myself just picking at random! I decided to go with a pimento cheese sandwich with some loaded baked potato soup and fresh fruits! The combination of three was quite refreshing as it just kept getting better every bite. The sandwich was nice and spicy like I like it and the potato soup was just as it should be. Nothing was over salty or under flavored. The fresh fruit tasted like it came right out of the farm house. Definitely worth a try on a hot day folks!
I'd only ever had food from this chain once before. That was back around 2013-2014 in Dothan, AL. Our manager brought in some of the type that has Buffalo sauce in it for us to try. I'd pretty much forgotten about this chain's existence until it came up in a conversation recently. I had to make a trip to Newnan, GA yesterday and knew I wouldn't have time to cook when I got home so I decided to stop here for a couple containers of chicken salad. Got the Old South style & the Fruity Fran. After tax, the total of the 2 containers was about $27. There ended up being enough good to feed 4 people a full meal, me to have a late night snack + breakfast this morning, & there's still enough left for me to take to work tonight.
I asked for an extra pickle when I ordered... I didn't receive it when they brought my meal to the table... I didn't figure that I would have to get back in the order line so I went to the counter... I was TOTALLY IGNORED by the young lady that delivered my order to my table...finally another employee decided to ask if I was picking up an order... I then explained that I had ordered an extra pickle and didn't receive it!!! THE OTHER EMPLOYEE was kind enough to approach the kitchen and HE got it for me... WHAT'S THE BIG DEAL? MY FOOD WAS UNATTENDED AT A TABLE THAT I COULDN'T WATCH...I THREW MY FOOD AWAY & LEFT!!!
The best chicken salad I've ever had! The very best customer service. Wonderful atmosphere! 10 out of 10 would recommend.
Came it to try their different versions of chicken salad...loved the Madame Curry!! The Jalapeno Holly was pretty tasty. Tried the Fancy Nancy and a BBQ flavored one which were okay. Bonus buttercream cookie..nice touch and delish. I'd go back just for the Madame Curry!!
