Amazing 👏 the burgers are always so good! And the kiosks work good you can understand quickly how to work it. The only thing is there isn't anybody that every walks around to make sure we don't need anything because we waited 5 min till someone at the counter gave us a box for my fries. (The fries are AMAZING 👏)
You order at the kiosk and pick up your meal when they call your number. Food is still good. I actually like the setup. However, they need to deep clean not just wipe off counters and tables. The floor was sticky, high chairs very dirty and walls and other things need to be thoroughly cleaned.
A bit more clean than I remember and now, there are no servers taking orders as far as I can tell. Not complaining, considering I ordered on a kiosk and received my food within five minutes. Everything was nice and hot as well. The guy I was with was real happy, and said he'd waited about an hour for his food before when they had wait staff. Sounds like they did it to themselves. I hope this place is around for a long time coming. Fresh food, great milkshakes, and now, fast service.
Food was good but my milkshake this particular trip was not. Was poorly made and not the quality I'm used to from Steak n Shake. I will definitely give them another chance though. Been a long time customer.
We went early around 10:15 and it wasn’t busy of course. Fast service and food was great! Clean dining area and Beth rooms.
