The cupcakes here are like what real baked goods used to taste like before the processed foods took over in the 80's. I've tried many cupcakes, from big name shops, and I bake. Columbus Cupcakery is by far the best tasting, scrumptious cupcakes ever! They are soft, yet spongy. Melt in your mouth, but have a little texture to the bite. The flavor is amazing because it is simple, not overloaded with sugar and fake ingredients. You can tell it is a labor of Love because the owner knows quality. It is simplicity of ingredients and respect of quality which makes the taste so fresh and wholesome! If you are looking for a cupcake in which you can taste goodness in every bite, not overloaded with sugar and decorations eclipsing everything else, then look no further! To top it off, the owner is so humble, and hard working, so glad to patron her small business! Thank You!
This place was absolutely wonderful, I highly recommend! The owner was an absolute delight, the cupcakes were out of this world, and the bakery itself was adorable.

Best Cupcakes EVER! and what makes this place even more special is the owner Cathy and her super friendly staff! We live about 45min away but it is totally worth the drive. The Almond Joy our favorites ~ but I haven't had one of her cupcakes that I didn't love!
Went today to treat my son for his birthday. The salted caramel is to die for. We had to wait a little bit but it was well worth it. We will definitely be back

Never since my grandfather and my fathers icing have I had Italian buttercreme as delicious as I have just had from Columbus Cupcakery! It was like a burst of heaven in my mouth!
The best cupcakes around! We drive from PA to buy these cupcakes. The owner is super sweet and accommodating as well.

These aren’t your normal store bought cupcakes. They taste amazing! Even if you get a dozen you will still crave more shortly afterwards. I’ve never tasted anything like this.

I’m new to the area and I'm often in search of some community staples. I picked up a batch of 8 cupcakes for my son’s birthday and I was impressed with the quality and taste. I’m hard to please when it comes to baked items because often times bakeries tend to lose the homemade taste, but Cupcakes did a pretty good job. Upon walking in, I knew I was in a good hands due to the stacks of butter in the fridge. Butter in a bakery is always a good thing (real bakers will understand what I mean😉.) I chose several flavors such as lemon cheesecake, oreo, churro, etc. Though I did love the flavors and would visit again, I was a bit taken back by the price tag. It was $29 for 8 cupcakes and $39 for 12. I was lucky I only needed a few, but I could see the tab being overwhelming for a party that required 50 or so cupcakes. This is just my opinion of course, but I noticed the business could have invested a tad bit more in how they present and package the cupcakes. For example: provide them in a cute paper bag with their logo or provide a small standard index card with the list of flavors. It would make more sense, to me, for the price tag and it would make for better advertisement. I couldn’t advertise where the cupcakes were from because there was nothing to tie the cupcakes back to the business.
I had the pleasure of sampling a couple cupcake flavors and honestly wish I could work my way through every single flavor. The cupcakes are AMAZING. The cake is moist, filling in each one, and the icing is to die for!!! I was recently blessed to have a custom cake made for my birthday. It was a cake that my mother has made for my birthday as long as I can remember. This year Crystal took on the task and NAILED IT!!! The cake was AMAZING and the icing even BETTER!!! Not too sweet...just perfect!!! I can’t thank thank you enough.
I will go nowhere else for my cupcakes and cakes she is fabulous she does all kinds of work she will sit with you and help you design if you need help with it the buttercream is fabulous somehow she makes it taste like whipped cream
