I have been to Emilio's quite a few times and this would be the first time I am writing a review. In most cases that I have been to Emilio's, I order Pizza Pie to go while I meander to the bar in the back of the dining room enjoying a glass of red wine. Well sometimes two glasses when I am not in a rush.
Emilio's has an extensive creative pizza pie selection, but I usually judge a pizza restaurant by its regular cheese pie first and Emilio's is a rock star for Pizza. Being a lover of great Pizza, I tend to never order anything else at Emilio's.
One of these days I will attempt to walk pass their Pizza counter into their dining room and order pasta or something else. Well, I may need to be blindfolded while walking pass the Pizza counter.
Stopped in for a few quick slices...very friendly and tasty. Grandma's and marinara both very good! I'll come back and do the sit down restaurant based on this experience.
GREAT food and GREAT service! We highly recommend Emilio's! Excellent Sicilian-style pizza!
Noisy as it gets, if you can get past that then enjoy the full menu of tasty food.

Risotto-mushroom is amazing. Creamy with lots of flavor.
Pizza. This establishment is on thier game in all aspects of customer servive, quality & old fashioned goodness:
A must try, you won't be sorry; you'll be a missionary client!
Part of the family. My husband and I have been going here for yrs. It is nice to go where people know your name, and know your typical order. The pizza is unforgettable, pasta is remarkable and salads are in their own league. You will come back again and again for the savory flavors that may remind you of your own family's secret recipes.
A Commack legend...huge menu, a couple of amazing dishes. Grab a Sicilian slice you'll never forget or keep it simple with a traditional Italian dish. Sometimes the specials disappoint.
Really good grandpa slices def their best slice pizza is the what they do best here but their pasta dishes arent to shabby either not a bad italian joint
Emilio's helps us to support our Veterans. Every 2 weeks we buy Pizza for our Veterans at the VA. The men at this facility pass up dinner waiting for us to bring the Pizza. They rave about how good this Pizza is. Give Emilio's a try -- you won't be disappointed.
One of our favorite Italian eateries... Excellent sauce.
Fresh, Zesty, and Huge. This place has won awards from Zagat for almost a decade for their excellence. A real treat. I was looking for the perfect place for some good old Long Island Italian food on my once yearly visit from Tennessee and this place hit the spot. It was packed too--further evidence that they are a hit. You won't go wrong here. The staff could be a little impatient but I'll give them a break because they were busy and, well, they're not Tennesseans! We bought 3 jars of the sauce that they sell to take home with us. I can't wait to go back on my next visit to LI.
Some of the best pizza I have ever had, and the pasta dishes and wraps are delicious too. I highly recommend!
Great fresh pasta. Emilio's has always been a great quality Italian place. I went there recently, after a very long break, and re-fell in love with them.
The bread basket was warm and delicious. I used some of the olive oil with it instead of butter - this added a wonderful, fresh flavor to the already great roll.
My husband had the Homemade Rigatoni Calabrese and I had the homemade rigatoni with mushrooms, pesto and some ricotta. The homemade pasta was fabulous. My husband felt it was a bit too al dente but it was just the way I like it. The sauces were fabulous and plentiful. My pesto and mushrooms were just perfectly seasoned and cooked. His sausage was also nicely spiced and fresh.
The service was very pleasant and the wait was not took long. The prices were reasonable. Will definitely return when I'm in the area.
Great pizza. Two pieces and a soda about 9 bucks depending on why you get you can beat that. The choices are plentiful and they all look and sound delicious. Definately a place I will make my girlfriend take me back to the next time I'm on the island.
Always a good meal, fresh ingredients, and tasty bread basket!!! Don't stuff yourself on the delish bread because the food is plentiful and great here. Always a wait, so plan on that. But you'll always leave stuffed and satisfied, and Emilios doesn't break the bank. A once per week restaurant in the rotation.
Best of Class. Great restaurant, wonderful food. Best pizzas on Long Island. Marinara, Grandma's, Sicilian, salad pizzas. All slices always fresh..
Stopped in for lunch and we were quickly seated. After browsing the menu it was nice to see many options but for me the prices are a bit high and everything was allá cart. The sides didn’t seem to be smaller portions as they were $15+ which for me, would be a main not a side.
Regardless we ordered a pitcher of sangria which was lovely, not too sweet and the pitcher was a great idea since we were both able to refill the glasses again.
I ordered the chicken allá vodka hero which does come with fries. ($19) and my husband ordered the specialty chicken Madeira pasta. ($26)
The food was hot and had great flavor. I wish there was more sauce on my hero but other than that it was good.
We skipped on dessert since we were so full.
As far as service goes, it was just alright. Never filled our water glasses. We were seated without menus. Took a while to come check on us.
Not sure that I’d be back but the food was good enough that I’d maybe grab something to go.
Family friendly. Food was ok. Service was a mix of awkward and slow, but it was polite.
Dined here on a whim with my mom for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. We were waited on by Sandy. She was friendly, and attentive and provided prompt service. The food tasted fresh and delicious. The rice meatball was divine! My compliments to the bartender who mixed the Pineapple Old Fashion Cocktail! Whew! :) Lastly, although we opted not to have dessert Sandy brought us a small plate of biscotti with cannoli cream to sample. So good!
Love this place! They have a big menu with options for everyone. Highly recommend sharing a pizza for the table as an appetizer! Came here with a big group and it was perfect! Staff was very helpful and recommended great choices.

Had the regular cheese slice , a Buffalo chicken slice , and a favorite of the three Bacon Chicken Ranch … first of all as I walked in I was greeted by a worker doing other work than counter work and yet it was a heart felt warm greeting he immediately stopped doing wha the was going to help me an make sure I had an amazing dining experience. I got the three slices an cheese slice being what everyone judges locations off of I had to get one it surprised me with its robust tomato sauce and it’s buttery tasty flaky crust .. as for the Buffalo slice it was a hearty amount of chicken an Buffalo but not to much and no random pockets of blue cheese to mess up the flavors … when I asked for ranch the what seemed to be chef in charge got on a phone at the end of the counter and ordered a cup for me I thought it was neat considering less than a minute later a young man came out the back and handed me a full cup of cold ranch dressing.. the Chicken Bacon Ranch … I don’t normally get these slices since most places have a meatlovers of some kind but today they didn’t have one and the gentleman behind the counter understood that and directed me towards this slice .. I looked at it and was surprised to see so much .. Meats.. on it … very good flavor combinations they didn’t use traditional bacon on it and it sets it apart from other pizza locations … all of the pizza I’ve had from this location was very tasty and ever so much worth the try and cost I will be returning with friends and family who have not yet to experience Emilio’s tasty experience .. as for the atmosphere very beautiful location for the walk in seating though it is lacking as it’s high tables so that you are now eye level with the other patrons in the restaurant and have a strange partition in between you and them that makes you have a delusion of privacy that doesn’t exist .. simple fix by getting lower tables for the walk ins otherwise very nice location
We had a delicious meal and outstanding service. The pasta fagioli is one of the best I've ever had. Calamari arrabiata was tender and plentiful. As a shared app. The two of us didn't finish it. Everything we ordered was excellent. Love that bread basket!
Hands down one of the best restaurants out there. Amazing food, memorable service, beautiful decor and fair prices.
Get the specials!!!!!
Place was yummy. A bit over priced but decent food! Calamari was fantastic.
Absolutely amazing. The food here was so incredibly good, well, we took the 12 inch NY pizza, and it was delicious. The service was great as well, they were lively and it was a genuinely enjoyable experience.

This is one of my top 5 favorite pizzerias on LI, right next to Ralph's in Bayville and Umbertos of New Hyde Park. Emilios however, is more than just a pizzeria. It is a legitimate Italian restaurant. I love their veal Parmigiano and the penne Ala vodka. The calamari is the best on the Island!
Wonderful, casual, reasonably priced and nice surprise from what you would expect at a pizzeria. This is a restaurant and quite enjoyable for family and friends! Enjoy some delicious meals!
Great red sauce Italian in a friendly and casual environment! A great option for a quick bite before the movies or other evening activity.
