Service was fantastic! Ashlyn was our server. I have severe food allergies, and am always skeptical to eat at public restaurants. She was empathetic because she has food allergies as well, and assured me that she would talk to the chef personally, along with the two managers on duty. Everything was perfect, food was excellent. It's comforting to find people and places that truly care and are cautious. I have now found a local place where I can actually enjoy dining out 🙂

We drive the extra mile to dine at this O'Charley's. We've been loyal customers for years. We've had the same server for nine years. Tiger is the best!

O'Charley's is my favorite restaurant. Reasonable prices and I can always find something I can eat no matter what food plan I'm on! Wait staff is always awesome!

I absolutely enjoy dining at O'Charley's. I love the food, the atmosphere, and the customer friendly staff. I look forward to free pie Wednesday and the freshly made rolls, that keeps coming to my table. I love the free drink refills continue being refilled without asking. I will definitely continue dining at this wonderful restaurant.

I really liked O'Charley's. The food was great and so was the service. Their yeast roll are delicious. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

A very pleasant experience. The decor is easy on the eyes and the walls don't have too much going on as with traditional restaurants that have bars. Service was equally pleasant and swift with tending to our needs. Our waitress in particular was very affable and attentive. I definitely felt cared for! The menu isn't the most unique thing in the world but I felt that what food they did serve was of a finer quality— to which ended up being true. The food came out in a timely manner and tasted great. I'll definitely be coming back here.

Fast and attentive service, my table was attended to often. I had the 12 oz Top Sirloin steak cooked medium rare. Upon cutting the steak open it was very rare, but our server noticed immediately and offered me a replacement steak. The replacement steak came out quickly and I was very satisfied with our server and my experience despite the brief hold up. Menu is a little bit basic, not many of the options stood out to me. It wasn't super busy considering it was a Sunday night but there was enough people to feel lively. Overall I felt the menu wasn't too special but the service was excellent, thank you to Cait for the excellent service.

If you are in Concord you need to stop here. We were part of a large party and they didn’t turn us away. The staff was fantastic, friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, the rolls were hot and the restaurant was clean. If you stop by ask for Jya and Niya. They are the best!! Ms. Karen, the manger, is also very friendly, accommodating and professional. Can’t say enough positive things about this restaurant and staff. We will be back

6-30-22 UPDATE: I updated my review to 4 stars based on receiving contact not just from the restaurant manager (Karen W.), the response here, but also a response sent from corporate through the restaurant. I feel like after speaking with the manager (who called me, listened, and was very sincere in trying to make amends for what happened), that O'Charley's does seem to actually care about its customers, which goes A LONG, LONG WAY, considering so many other places do not. So, the response I ended up receiving will ensure that my family and I definitely give them another chance. First of all, one of my entire steak dinner orders was missing when my daughter got home with all of our food. Second of all, my steak was supposed to be cooked medium and as you can see from the pic, it was almost well done! It was so dry and disgusting. I will not be ordering from Ocharleys again as this was not the first time this has happened and the restaurant does nothing in terms of customer service. I’ve “left feedback” after every order and have never gotten a response from the restaurant or anyone at corporate, so here it is for everyone else to see. Overpriced, tasteless, poorly cooked food (and they somehow manage to leave our entire meals from your order).

We had the best experience! Our servers Nya and Jya were amazing! They accommodated our large party with no problem! The food was excellent, the staff was over a 5 star rating, and we can’t wait to go back! Thank you all so much!

Steak not cooked very well. Service very busy short staffed. Took extended times for food. Getting a check to leave was long experience

Was there 1/19. Mot busy for dinner. Waiter brought rolls very hard and were stale. We requested new ones he brought them. Good was good but I have had a better experience there. The waiter was good. But he was put in a situation where they gave him rolls that were hard and reheated in the microwave so when you broke the roll open it was all stiff and hard inside. It was definitely not his fault. we'll try it again someday.
