The food was really good but was super surprised to be charged for a 2.00 coffee everytime the waitress came by and refilled my cup. Update,was contacted by the owner on Thanksgiving too apologize,will definitely be going back there.
As my son Nate is pursuing his drivers license and we have to get several hour of drive time in prior to class, we have started Drive for Pie. Not only are we looking for the best pie (made on site), we have decided to post publicly what we find for service and value. When we put it out on fb, we requested recommendations and The Newell Post was recommended by a friend. No disappointment on this end. We showed up to a packed house and had a cup of coffee and some blueberry pie. The owners Dave and Deb were very friendly and our server, Ann Marie was awesome. To date we have selected Heidi's Blueberry Pie to be the best yet. I can't wait to go back for breakfast or lunch...
Wonderful food, corned beef hash benedict was amazing and probably the best I have ever had. Great service with lots of smiles! Look forward to going back again in the future.
Food was delicious and so much more than your every day run of the mill breakfast you can find anywhere. Staff was very friendly and the service was great despite the restaurant being extremely busy.

One of the nicest crab cakes that either one of us have had in a while, and probably the best we’ve found in New Hampshire. I’d definitely consider coming back just for more crab cakes.
