Love the place it's the only Jack in the Box on the East coast. Spent some time on the west coast where Jack in the Box is all over the place. Make the stop whenever I'm traveling to Asheville. Never had a bad meal or customer service there.
Stopped by after visiting family in Conover. Was happy with the food and the service. Will stop by again when in town.
The tacos with extra hot sauce is off the hook!! ��
Another great JitB location! I always have a great experience here...the drive thru line can be kinda slow at times, but 1) the food is always hot and clearly made fresh, and 2) they do have signage announcing they are short staffed (like anywhere), but the workers have a friendly and professional attitude; and the food is awesome and affordable.
Tried the "Roost Fries" today...definitely worth a try!
They are obviously understaffed. However, that obstacle did not stop this group of people from serving up generous portions of great food with a pleasant attitude. We visited the dining room at approximately 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, the 29th. I wish we had one of these in Sevierville.
Great location with great fast food at any hour, when open. The only negative about the place is that last bit, that it is rarely truly 24/7, due to being severely understaffed (especially after 10pm), and sometimes even when they are open, the line can crawl.

This jack in the box is awesome!! Every since it changed management it’s waaayy better! First off this manager she is so incredibly nice and has hired a great team thank God bc before there absolute bad attitude there made u not even want to order! But wow the diff now!! 😁there is a guy that works window and his name is Tommy sooo nice !! He repeats your order back to u at speaker & even makes sure once again at window, that it’s correct even takes out time to ask u how u are ( I know it doesn’t matter to some) but in the messed up society it matters to us!! He can literally do 5 things at once😁😂 I just want to remind everyone yes it’s there job I understand that but I see so many customers these days be so rude with attitude, snatching things! It takes 2 seconds just to ask how are you to the person that waited on u and to say thank you!! kindness goes far especially in this cruel world it’s sad how ppl are treated ! So just wanted to take out time to say this jack in the box is fast, convenient, clean and thank you manager and TOMMY for being so kind!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My 5 year old daughter and I came in for lunch last Saturday. The service was good and the dining area was clean. The food was fine, not great, but okay and we had a good time.
