My 74 year old mom was traveling from Memphis to Maryland and accidentally left her purse here and was over 300 miles away before she realized it. Almost 9 hours later, after many calls to try to find the location that it was left in. I was able to locate her phone online and see that it was still in the store. I called and spoke to the general manager, Betty. She told me that it was in fact still there and that she would drop it in the mail in the morning to be returned to my mom. Betty was so nice and helpful and we are so much more than thankful for her kindness! If we are ever in Tennessee again, we will go out of our way to make sure that we visit the Cookeville KFC.
