Great cocktails, a delicious burrata salad with ripe tomato, avocado, and just the right amount of fresh basil. The happy hour is a great deal and includes some really good craft cocktails.

New Coral Gables Restaurant conveniently located in the hotel across from the Publix grocery store. The food is excellent and really enjoyed sitting at the bar. Excellent service from the bartender (Abel?) with beautiful architecture to look at while sipping on a nice coctail. Their specialty is raw seafood. Parking is a little tricky, if you don't want to pay to park your car.
Don't miss this new gem in the Gables! Decor, ambiance, food & service are OUTSTANDING. Chef Silva is so talented. The food just takes center stage and really quells all desires for something delightfully different. Each bite brings enjoyment but also the feeling that you're doing something good for your health. The flavors are clean & crisp. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and can't wait to return.
We were told about this restaurant by other friends. We went with two couple friends of ours. My friend was skeptical about to suggesting this place since my expectations are usually high but this place met all of my expectations! The place was beautiful with its emerald green dinning Room.
The service was excellent and the food to die for! BRAVO to chef Abraham Silva! 👏👏 Is a very different Miami restaurant locates in the heart of elegant Coral Gables. Unfortunately, we call to reserve again but they are currently closed for renovation. When they reopen, to do miss it!!😉
Incredible service and food. The pasta with short rib is incredible. My wife had the octopus and it was great. Service was second to none. The place looks amazing!! The atmosphere was truly great! Will definitely go again!!
Not much to choose from as a vegetarian, but what I could eat was exceptional. I had the risotto and sides of broccolini/asparagus. Beautiful restaurant, relaxing atmosphere and very friendly management.
