Love that my daughter had a matcha blended drink and she said it was gross and the employees working today this morning 10/20/23 helped by making her something she likes. That is great customer service and we will return for our daily.cold brew. And the spider donuts were so cute. Muffins are moist and delicious.
Not a bad Dunkin Donuts, for one it's usually dead here so you get quick service since it's so far out of the way. It's clean and overall they are pretty friendly. The food and drink quality at Dunkin is pretty uniform so I won't comment on that. I will say that the parking lot for the drive through is horrible, I had to circle around a few times to find it. Other than that I've been here dozens of times and never had a bad experience.

Small but nice DD, does have a drive through and outside seating. Plenty of parking. Hard to see from the road because of Coral Springs restrictions. Employees could be friendlier.
Had an excellent iced coffee and donut. The quality of food has improved significantly!

This was my first time at this location. I wish I would have gotten names. The man that took my order and money was very courteous and a pleasure to do business with. My bagel with sausage egg and cheese was very fresh. Great iced latte. I think this is the best location in Coral Springs. Plus they have a drive through.
My car died in the drive thru and I was mortified! Two Dunkin’ employees helped push my car out of the way and were so nice about it. I tried to call and tell the manager how amazing these too boys were but I couldn’t get through to the store. Great customer service highly recommend.
The morning crew are the best when i come. The gentlemen and the indian lady that takes orders for drive-thru are always sweet and they always make my frozen coffee the best. Don't like going to any other dunkin
