Was just recommended this place yesterday, and while we were in the area, we figured we would stop in for lunch. All I can say is, WOW. The food was so yummy! The portions are unbelievably huge, and scrumptious. The setting is so nice and comforting. Nice and cool. The windows were open and you could hear the little waterfall rushing outside. While we were eating, the table next to us was finished and the waitress walked out with the dessert platter... HEAVENLY!! I was wishing we had seen the dessert platter earlier because I wouldn't have eaten so much of my meal � Highly recommend!
Today we ended up in Cornish for a late girls day lunch. We sat on the patio which was lovely. We started with the “big bowl of chips” which were gone in about 3 minutes. They were amazing. Everyone’s drinks from the bar were very delicious and beautifully garnished. We were then surprised by the large portions for our main course, however they were so tasty we almost all finished our plates! We are not usually a group to order dessert after such a large lunch however everything had been top notch so far that we decided to go for it and we were not disappointed! Our servers helper came out and showed us their dessert tray and had an excellent description of each dessert. They were homemade and absolutely perfect. Our server (I think her name was Tammy??) was so great as well! She made us feel more than welcome to stay as long as we desired. I will absolutely take the two hour trek from home to come back. Would very highly recommend.
Krista's is the best. I have never had a bad meal there. The portions are huge, and the food is absolutely delicious! This is one of those places that the food tastes just as good as it looks. The wait staff is always so friendly. One of our favorite places to go.
My first visit here, and it won't be my last! Loved the atmosphere, all the staff were helpful and accommodating. (We'd asked to be moved from their larger room were there were large parties, to a more intimate seating). When we got our food its presentation was much more then I expected and the taste, "Delicious!" Proportions were ample enough that we'll have the rest for lunch today. Can't wait to go back. It was a Friday night and reservations are highly recommended. I'd like to go early mid week to see if there is room at the bar, or with a small group of friends for their couch seating. I highly recommend it!
What a gem of a place !! Great menu selection, with more than generous serving size. Prices were great and the service was outstanding. All of thatt and great outdoor seating. We will stop again when we are in this area. Put this place on your summer list of places to eat !!
One of the best meals I have ever had. Tammy, our very amazing waitress made me feel so welcome! She knew her menu and I could tell she genuinely loved the food and where she worked! Everything I tried was delicious and to die for! Leaving wanting more but having no room! I will definitely be back for more!!
I don’t understand the previous less than stellar reviews of this wonderful place! The many times I have been here, the food has been absolutely fantastic! Eclectic, delicious, and presented tastefully...
It’s a gem of a restaurant with excellent cocktail service as well...all in the little village of Cornish, Maine! Great job Krista and staff!! Thank you....
We shared the crispy,unbelievably good,fried Brussels sprouts with the yummy lemon truffle vinaigrette, a wedge salad and a Reuben... all excellent! And Strawberry Mojitos, made perfectly!!
Just had Thanksgiving dinner at Krista's - one of the best meals I've ever had! Fabulous squash ravioli, and the apple crisp was delicious. Everyone else in my party was raving about their meal, as well. We'll definitely be back!
I always love Krista’s. The food is delicious and the portions are huge! The steak I had last night was absolutely spectacular. It was cooked perfectly and the compound butter on it was amazing. The salads are excellent and the sandwiches are more than enough to share. I love the Gorgonzola big bowl of chips too. The waitresses I’ve had on all visits are personable and attentive. Love this place.
Delicious breakfast, friendly staff, and a quant spot. It's worth the drive from the Portland area.
This place is awesome. Went here for an anniversary dinner and the food and service was amazing! Our waitress Amanda had such great customer service and so did the other employees. Really wanted to try some delicious desserts but was so full from dinner! If I could give this restaurant more stars, I would!
We have eaten at Krista’s several times. They always have very friendly staff. The food is always really good and fast for the quality.
Great restaurant! Fried brussel sprouts were fantastic, server was so nice and the prime rib was to die for!
