I really wanted to complain further, but the FOOD IS AMAZING. The wait is worth it. This is the best place on this side of town. I'm reminded of all the family gatherings growing up with each flavorful bite. I was there around 7, and there wasn't much of a crowd. Still waiting for Amazing food was worth every moment.
Loved the tacos, rice and beans. Also, the chips and salsa were great.
Great place for breakfast. Stopped here not expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised by the service and taste. I ordered the machacado and egg plate, it was delicious. I was surprised at excellent taste. Their refried beans are on point. Chilaquiles were delicious also, a little on the spicy side but excellent as well. The tortillas were homemade and complemented the plates deliciousness. Highly recommend this place.
Great food and great service with they had a bit more of a variety tho.
Ms Griselda (if I’m remembering her name right, I’m so sorry) was an absolute blessing, very accommodating, checked up on me regularly but not too over bearing, made sure my food was good, my drinks, everything. I had the Carne Asada Gorditas, with an Arnold Palmer. Fantastic. (I think they hand squeeze the lemonade, could be wrong but it doesn’t taste artificial) I’ll definitely be back
my boyfriend and i love this place. it’s our go to all the time. Eduardo is always so friendly at the window, always cracking jokes with us. super friendly. sometimes the wait can be a little long but it’s 100% worth the wait.
I do not eat very much Mexican food because it doesn't compare with the food in Mexico, just saying🤷🏾♀️
For the most part, when I'm in San Diego CA and I want Mexican food, I go to JV's Mexican Food on Morena Blvd.👍🏾👍🏾
But in Corpus Christi Taqueria Mexico Limbo is just as good 😋 and reasonably priced💲👍🏾
Not only is the food great but the staff is informative and friendly.😊
The portions are large.😀 Bring someone or a party of people with you so can order and share multiple items on the menu 😋

I am picky about my crispy tacos and cheese enchiladas...I loved both of them here. The waitress is very sweet. And when I like iced tea, it's a great sign!
The food was delicious. I highly recommend the shredded chicken gordita. Yum!

The food did lack salt, but that is perfect for me since I enjoy less salt on all my food.
Good food, good service always dependable and fresh. We visit about once a week and never disappointed. From Crispy Tacos to the Rice or enchiladas and chalupas. It's all good 👍
