Amazing service, greeted me well and made me feel comfortable enough to decide my drink. The atmosphere is amazing with a sense of modern architecture, sort of feels like you can just escape your stresses and relax with beautiful music playing in the background. Delicious drinks, tried the milk teas, wasn't as good as the snows. The Oreo snow with large Boba is my personal favorite.
8/10 on the mango smoothie. Pretty good but nothing too special.
I moved 30mins away and still keep coming back!

I love the whole menu; My go to foods are the dumplings, mild popcorn chicken, and mild curly fries.
For drinks the Oreo snow, Iced caramel macchiato, and passion fruit green tea 😍
I wish I had one closer but that doesn’t stop me from making the drive!!!
Don't list go here for the boba or milk teas. The food here is excellent. My last order was coconut shrimp, salty and pepper calamari, shrimp fried rice and red curry. All of it was very tasty. Note, you can order the level of spiciness. I find a level 10 is just right to feel the burn but not so much that the flavor of the food gets lost in the heat.
I go here frequently for my boba craving. They have such an amazing menu, it’ll be hard to choose from such a selection. Go for the coconut milk tea, you won’t regret it. They’re calamari and chicken combo is off menu but always an option that I love when you can’t just have one. I couldn’t recommend this place enough.LET THEM KNOW IF YOU WANNA ADJUST SWEETNESS, they’ll do it for you.
Service was awesome. We ordered five drinks and they were done extremely fast. We waited 5 minutes at max and the boba quality was maximal. Definitely stop here if you're ever in Costa Mesa.
I've been coming here for years. Since before they moved from their other location in the same plaza. Since they used to be called Tapioca Express. Unlike most other tea shops, they actually measure out the amount of syrup that goes into each drink so that you have a consistent experience each time you go in.
Over time, their menu has expanded and now they have some pretty good small eats, but their crowning achievement is definitely their salt and pepper chicken and calamari. I often come in and get two just because I can't help myself.
If you want boba and lots of choices, this is definitely the one to check out.
Been to 3 other boba places, this one had the best boba. The food I cant compare because I have only eaten here but the food here is topnotch for relatively cheap. The popcorn chicken is 👌👌

5 stars for the food here! Their seasoning is on point. The extra spicy is VERY spicy so be warned! Definitely more flavorful than other boba tea houses.
My friends brought me here for some spicy calamari and I was delightfully surprised how good it was and even better with my favorite boba drink perfect combo love this little place ... oh and by favorite i can’t narrow it down to one so many flavors too choose from 🤗
A rather large and popular Boba cafe, their wares were fresh and served promptly. Tucked into the back corner of a shopping plaza, it would be easy to drive by it unaware of its Boba perfection. A favorite of Vanguard College students, this place does a brisk business. I do not go out of the way for Boba, and this one is on the other side of the continental divide for me. When I am in Irvine CA again, I will likely to go back.
I got a rose tea with boba, it was pretty good. The boba is large and tasty. The rose tea is of high quality, would recommend!
I usually get the salt n pepper chicken along with some type of boba drink. They have a large variety of flavors and the food I've tried has been very tasty. Also very reasonable in price.
I love this place. This is my go to place when I'm craving something sweet. They have the best Oreo Snow drink I've ever had. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait but the Oreo Snow is worth it.
That Boba place has a nice ambience and seating area. I like the snow drinks but they have good selection of other drinks as well. The food nothing special but it is somewhat inexpensive.
Friendly staff, helpful and very patient these first 2 times my friend and I went- good service is #1 on my list. Love the mango snow (snow means choice of milk: dairy, coconut or almond:) and the vanilla chai snow good too. The boba is great and so is the "popping boba." My friend loved the oreo snow with coconut milk. We chose coconut milk for each one. Very clean too! Try it! :)
