We order here at least once a month for the past 5 years. We have never had a issue with the order, or quality of the food. They are quick, generous with portions, and down right delicious!!!!! Love picking up the food too , we get to see the kids! Family owned and run, defiantly order from here!
Food is honestly very good. And very friendly staff. I order all the time and the food portions are big!!!! I love their hot mustard. They make it fresh. You can taste it.The very best Chinese food in the entire town at fair prices.
Tried Hunan Balcony tonight for dinner and boy were we pleasantly surprised! We did delivery and the food came so fast! The food was hot, fresh and DELICIOUS! So happy we tried this place and look forward to ordering from them again!
This is our families go to Chinese take out. Always super fast, friendly and delicious. So much food for the great price. We definitely get two meals from one entree! Staff is great also.
The best take out or delivery Chinese food in West Warwick / Coventry area by far! Always fresh, not greasy, not too salty, no msg, consistently perfect in every way! The lemon chicken and steamed dumplings are our favorites...

Best China foods in the 401 the people and the food are great. That girl Paige is totally full of it. Dragon palace is not just terrible, but way overpriced. Hunan balcony is where it's at! I've never even had a dude answer the phone, so I don't know what she's talking about.
I've not eaten in for a year; that said, one if the very few 5 stars on my list: call in is easy, delivery is superb, and the lucky extra is always appreciated!
I love the expanded menu with things you can't get at other places like there Hunan wontons and the house specials. Last time I called they wouldn't do inside dillivery so when this is over I can't wait to order from them.

Delivery was spot on and the wings were good the rice was good and the Lo mein took some time to get use to because it kept giving a stale cigarette smell at first bite I’m guessing that’s some sort of flavor they are using as an ingredient but once I got to the middle section of the lo mein the odor went away so I’m guessing that this place is drenched in stale cigarette smoke
Food was excellent. They did NOT use a lot a MSG. Pork fried rice was good, with nice pieces of pork.
