First time to Pig Iron. Friend and I went to have lunch and try it out. Pretty empty on a Tuesday afternoon, which was great for us...got to sit outside on a covered patio. Huge draft beer selection...like 90+ choices. Menu is simple American beer food... We both ordered a Pig Iron burger, medium rare...came out perfect! Tasted great. Prices for everything seemed reasonable...$32 for 2 burgers and fries, two draft beers and tax. Overall, a good experience...will be going back with the wife next time. If my second visit goes as well, I will add a 5th Star. Update: Second visit with family this time. Great kids menu...wife really enjoyed her burger and I ordered the Pig Iron burger again. Everyone was happy with their food. Hreat service! Will be on my favorites lists.

Came for lunch. Service was very good as was the food. Fresh cut fries are s must at a place like this and they were very good. Burger was large and very good as well. Atmosphere is casual-industrial. Can't comment on the beer but they have a ton.

Came here for lunch. Service is poor. Waited at the door for more than five minutes without someone to greet us. Waited at the table for more than five minutes before someone came to see us (Basic Restaurant 101 Fails). Cool marketing idea - pig nose social media) and big screen TVs that show highlighted menu items. When waitress did come over she apologized. Placed ordered right away. Ordered the Carnegie PoBoy and the Meatloaf. Waitress forgot what I ordered at the table???? How does that happen???Atmosphere - standard brewery pub. Not too noisy. 30 minutes later still no food. As I sit here I’m not sure if they were just understaffed, but four stars because the food was delicious according to my wife. Potato salad she would come back for. Her green beans were cooked perfectly. There are a lot of places in Cranberry to eat. This place at least deserves a stop if you are a local.

Fun spot! Great beer selection, good food! Kid friendly! We were there for lunch and the was no wait and few tables were full, but I think everyone else was missing out! The staff was friendly and attentive. You can even take crowlers home at a very reasonable price. Definitely a good hot spot!

A tender beef & pork meatloaf that melts-in-your-mouth with candied bacon & red pepper ketchup, diced sweet potatos 'n seeds with cranberries, plate is unbelievably delicious! The Butler Brew Works Adventurer's Log: Entry # 27 brown ale seemed to compliment and blend into the tastes very well! Highly recommended.

First time in and we will definitely be back. Service was great, as was the food and beer! Love that they have beer and food thats locally sourced. Also came on a Saturday and was a exceptional live band.

Went to Pig Iron for brunch today. We had the Candied Maple bacon which was quite tasty. I had the Tomato & Egg Grilled Cheese. We waited about 20 minutes for the main course and when it arrived, it was cold...but the breakfast potatoes were so good that I am able to partially forgive the temp.

Pig Iron Public House is an awesome place to come for a meal. The atmosphere is great; decor is prominent but not distracting, music is loud enough to hear without being too loud, and seating is comfortable. Our experience with our server, Candace, was extremely pleasant. She was friendly and knowledge about the menu. Food was excellent. I ordered a burger and, although I asked medium rare and it was more on the rare side, it tasted fantastic! 10/10 would visit again. Edit: I just have to add that the restroom was very nice and clean. Excellent acoustics

The service was great from Candy my server and the food was good. They have fresh cut fries which is always a plus with different types of burgers or you can make up your own. If you're in the Cranberry Township area, check them out.

Great service and food. Wait time was short and not too many people. All in all, a good place to eat. Got to warm myself by a fire too!

If I could give this place more stars I would. Driving through PA and we wanted some good food (not a chain) and we came across this gem. Amazing food and beer selection is unreal. We had the buffalo chicken Mac and cheese waffle topped with ranch and scallions and the shredded chicken burger in Buffalo sauce with coleslaw and brussel sprouts. Beer: Alltech Kentucky Vanilla Barrel Cream Ale and Rivertowne Hazy Morning. Met chef Greg and chit chatted with him about his food creations and beer pairings. The staff was very friendly. Would definitely come back in a heartbeat.
