I don’t believe I lived 29 years of my life without trying Cold Stone. This ice cream was SO GOOD. I love the variety and the ability to customize. The girl working when we went was so nice and helpful. This is my first experience so I can’t compare it to other locations, but we will definitely be back to this one!
I've only been here once, but boy, was it worth the extravagant price! The ice cream itself is creamy and flavorful, while the servers are friendly and helpful, although some people have said they're not the most cheerful. However, I totally understand! Standing behind a counter for the majority of a day really isn't that enjoyable.

Love their ice cream! I'm really happy they're open during the pandemic. It's a great way to cheer someone up and it's awesome to see the children smile as they walk out the shop.
