First time for breakfast. I was greeted by a friendly hostess who took my name. I had to wait 20 minutes. I chose to sit inside. They also have a heated patio but some people looked cold. I was only at my table for 30 seconds when my smiling waitress arrived. Her smile made me smile so thank you! I chose the half order of the biscuits and gravy and a half order of the French toast and a small orange juice. My order arrived very quickly which was nice. My biscuits and gravy were hot but the French toast was luke warm which was disappointing. The sausage gravy was seasoned nicely and it wasn’t salty which was great. The biscuit was warm and flaky. Excellent biscuits and gravy. The French toast was good but not excellent. The syrup was served warm which was nice. Excellent service by my waitress! Very cozy restaurant. I’ll definitely come back and try the quiche. Shout out to the restaurant for supplying their waiters and waitresses with mobile devices to place orders and accept payment table side. I notice the efficiency these provide.
Next to the bike trails and Sappington house.
Large parking but place is popular, so parking might get busy. Great service. Our party of 5 was accommodated inside within few minutes, while it was very busy.
I need to come back for lunch menu…but breakfast/brunch items were prepared with love and were delicious. Highly recommend East shore Benedict, Quiche and Burger.
Didn’t get to try mimosas which they gave variety. Next time…
I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the breakfast. I had the strata, belly buster barn potatoes and the Gouda grits. The tiramisu French toast was amazing and so was the mango french toast. The staff was extremely friendly. The owner came out to talk with us as well.
Today was our first visit and we will definitely return. The food was delicious and the staff was amazing. I had 1/2 egg salad BLT sandwich and 1/2 salad. My husband had the French Toast with bacon. Everything was prepared with fresh ingredients. It was a nice day so we ate on the back porch.
What a gem! A gorgeous location, service was phenomenal, and food was to die for! The French toast waffles are some of the best waffles I’ve ever had and the biscuits and gravy were terrific. They reminded me of my mothers and I never thought I would find a place comparable to hers.

Excellent service. Nikki was outstanding and such a delight . The whole team was. We have five kiddos and had next to no wait time on our food. It really made for a terrific experience. The food was just as good!
Cannot recommend this place any higher!! Best Special French Toast I have ever tasted! My husband got the Cajun Crawfish Benedict and was impressed. We are from Texas so that’s saying something! Kids menu has great kid friendly options too! 10 out 10!
Wonderful breakfast. We plan on going back. Friendly staff and prompt service.
Formally the Sappington House I believe, (which I tried several years ago and thought the food was average and overpriced as well as poor service), the food (breakfast), service and atmosphere this time around were excellent as well as reasonably priced. Maybe not a weekly occurrence but a nice occasional change of pace from your standard breakfast outing. Sat in the covered, heated patio with temps in the 40's and was nice and cozy. Much improved from previous visit years ago.

Very unique local breakfast spot located on the heart of grants trail Greenway. The restaurant is located on a small historic area of Crestwood. There is a museum, a small pond, and fountain. The food was great, the wait wasn't too bad, and all of the servers had a smile on their face. The price was inline with other places and lots of unique food with secret recipes. The French toast was quite good and my Benedict was cooked perfectly. Their chefs really know how to cook a perfect egg. Whether stopping while using grants trail or just coming for breakfast, you will be glad you stopped in.
