Ok let’s be fair here, we are from Ohio. Other than “expensive” there really isn’t a lot of meaning to BBQ around us. (And flying pig means something very different) The food was good, the sauce was colder than I’d like, but I’m used to that. It did remind me of shrimp sauce as I poured it on, but great flavor. For the two of us we paid what I have to pay by myself locally to me. That’s a great deal to me!
Good food, and a great price. Service was prompt and courteous. Very clean dining area, the decor was very laid back and simple, and added a lot to the atmosphere. Restroom was very clean as well. I really enjoyed my dinner, and plan to go back very soon.
Highly recommend! The place is very clean! The staff is so friendly! The barbeque... WOW! Good potato salad, slaw, Mac n cheese, everything is delicious!!! You gotta try the gigantic baked potato! 🥔 It will not disappoint! We will definitely be back!
First off, I have eaten here many times and have always loved the place! The big taters are awesome and so are the smoked wings! Always had a pleasant experience there! But today (6-2-22), was very different. I walked in a little past 4 pm with my wife and there were two people in line. No one was in the dinning room just us and the two customers ahead of us. No one was at the front counter. In a few minutes a young kid with glasses wearing a kind of Hawaiian shirt slowly made his way to the counter to take orders. As the customers in front of us moved to the side after ordering we stepped up to the counter and the kid just stared at me with this look like he would rather be anywhere on earth except there. He didn't say anything so I asked, "Are you going to take my order?" He just stared at me. I said, "Something wrong with ya?" Then after a pause he finally said in a smart aleck, mocking tone, "What can I get for you?" That was enough for me so I just told my wife let's go and we walked out. Every other time I have been in there no matter who was working behind the counter they were always polite and courteous. I just don't know what that kid's deal was but it made my blood boil. I am a very calm person but that was childish and rude. I just had to walk away from it.

I do not want to hurt your business in any way I just wanted you to know about my experience and I appreciate your time. You have great food and I have always enjoyed eating there. Wonderful food just need the person taking orders to be friendly and not a robot. The price and portion was good! Definitely gets 4 stars.
The atmosphere is great here. Very clean. Food is EXTREMELY reasonable and just as good. Mac and cheese is very cheesy. Ribs are fall off the bone and delicious. Pulled pork was moist and flavorful. We tried both mold and sweet bbq sauce and they were both pretty good. The staff were amazing and seemed to have a great rapport with each other, which is always a win for the business!
Bbq pork samwhich was good and the baked beans were very sweet, almost to sweet. Staff was friendly and the restaurant was very clean.
Best Bbq in the area by far, get a loaded tater ! They also have a keto menu
I like the smoked meat with bbq sauce on the side because I don't want mine loaded with sauce I like to taste the meat!!!
The smoked wings are amazing I had them yesterday and will probably be back every Tuesday for more
