The service and the food at the local Pizza Hut has improved dramatically. The employees genuinely seem concerned with making sure the customer feels appreciated and whoever is working the kitchen area is doing a great job.
So good to finally find one of these places open inside. Pizza and wings was awesome. Won't comment on our waitress because not sure if she was just new or flat out lazy. Average on service but pizza made me give 5 stars.
So I've tried to order pizza at this pizza hut 3 times since the "NEW" owners have took over operations. I've been asked to pay for partisan cheese packets , hot pepper packets and not been able to prices w/o ringing up your order. I can see the same for this local pizza hut as our long john silv
Very satisfied! The order was prepared correctly and was delivered in less time than originally estimated. First time in a very long time I have had pizza delivered that was very fresh and hot.

Pizza is always delicious! It's open later than any other delivery/ carryout pizza place in Crossville, so it's been clutch for my family!
