Ive been meaning to write this review for awhile and finally have the time. I have been a tmobile customer for about 3 years. I was hesitant to switch carriers because i didnt have any issues with my previous carrier but a friends tmobile bill was much lower than mine. Im glad i switched. I got a much lower bill and top notch service. Since this location opened it is the only one i will use. There is always parking right outside the door and when I go in the first thing I usually notice is how good it smells. The store is always clean and organized. The staff is super friendly and the store is never crowded. I have never had any billing issues or errors on my bill. I recently bought the new samsung s9 and not only did I get a great deal but switching phones and sending back my trade was all handled by them. True professionalism while also being down to earth. The management and all the employees are excellent but especially Vincent, Seth and Devon. Great group of guys that actually make me look forward to paying my bill. I cant say enough good things about these guys and this location.

We had a very positive experience! Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful with our phone upgrade. Highly recommended!
