It's hard to find good strip center Chinese. I did. A very clean and warm environment. Service was impeccable. Quick, attentive, and friendly. Now, the food. Dumplings were top notch. Wonton soup was good, all the way to the bottom. The fried rice was some of the best I've had. Juicy, flavorful, hearty, tangy, sweet...this is how I'd describe the Tso's chicken. I'll be back. Keep it up.
This place has ruined me. I'm enraged because I can't find any other Chinese restaurant that lives up to this place. The service is great, the place is clean and quiet, and most importantly--the food is good quality Chinese food. We don't live in Cypress anymore but if we did, we would still frequent this place all the time. I miss it!
Love the food, hate the service! I mostly get takeout from here and I live the chicken pineapple fried rice. I have attempted to eat in the resturant several times and the waiters are so rude! It isn't just the same one. They all seem to hate their jobs and couldn't care less that you are there to eat.
Sunday Funday!. We have ordered from Hunan River Bistro every Sunday this past year! It's become our family routine. Clearly, we like the place!
We call it in and then pick up. Always ready in "5-10 minutes" and it really is! I normally pick up a few things from the grocery store and call it in while I'm in Kroger.
The only negative thing I could say is the one time we had it delivered, it took FOREVER. But they're busy because they're that good. And they never give out coupons, ever.

My favorite Chinese food restaurant! I am always craving this place and when I am too far away I always compare the food here to everywhere I go. Still my top favorite.
My favorite Chinese restaurant I eat all the time! Delicious food fast friendly service. I love the Lo Mein and the chicken fried rice.
First time here, and very impressed. I will definitely be back. Reasonably priced, nice atmosphere, very relaxed and very clean.
My daughter's shrimp fried rice was really light and flavorful, not overly greasy. The beef and veggies in my Szechuan Beef were also perfectly cooked. I would have preferred it a little spicier, but I'll add red pepper flakes to what I have left when I get home.
We don't get to go out much lately, and it was a very nice treat. Exactly what I was looking for!
My family has been ordering food from here for almost 10 years now and we have never had a bad experience. We have tried probably 80% of the menu and the food is always fresh and delicious. We will continue to keep coming back here for years to come.
Ate at this restaurant for 1st time and thou the dining decor looka out dated and dingy...Food and service were grate. Ordered Gen Chicken and vegetable eggrolls were scrumdiddlyupcious. Loved their fiah aquarium. Place kinda small too! They do offer lunch menus.
