Our family LOVES this place. Our college son even makes a special trip to this restaurant when he comes home. The owners are great people too. Highly recommend!

Really Fresh and Delicious. After running errands in the area, I checked the browser on my phone for a restaurant nearby for us to try and found Jade Garden. After reading the reviews, we decided to go for it. I was not setting the bar too high because it was around 8:30 and I had a concern that whatever we ordered would not be the freshest since it was later. We ordered egg rolls to start with and we were really pleased. Freshly made in house with a really good balance of meat to vegetable. My husband ordered moo shu shrimp and I ordered the jalapeno chicken. Both entrees were cooked to order and VERY fresh and delicious. My husband and I could not have been more pleased with the quality and freshness of the food, and the service was also very good. Our server was extremely friendly and attentive and was very excited to explain the different dishes that they offer. It was obvious that she had a real sense of pride about what they are preparing and how they are preparing it. We will definately be going back and I encourage anyone else to seek them out also.
Charming and delicious. I was particularly struck by the friendliness of the staff and the cozy ambiance. Food is tasty and quickly delivered. Mini desserts served at the end of the meal are a nice touch. Try the egg drop soup and crab puffs.
Very good food. Great quality, everything tastes cooked fresh to order and the soups are practically medicinal! I am convinced they cure colds and aches and pains...
My friend tried the curry and said it's the best she's tasted, we've also had orange chicken, sesame chicken, General Tsao chicken and sweet and sour pork.
Lunch is crispy noodles, egg roll, soup, crab puff, choice of several entrees including curry, beef and brocolli, sweet and sour, noodles, the above-mentioned things we've tried + fried rice...cost @$7 plus drink.
Staff are helpful and friendly, place is very clean. I wish them every success.

Name should be "Egg Drop Soup". We have another neighborhood Chinese restaurant in the area called Egg Rolls, and it has the best Egg Rolls you will ever taste, so we always joke "You know your egg rolls had better be phenomenal when your name is Egg Rolls". While Jade Garden's egg rolls are also very good, their Egg Drop Soup is incredible... the best I have ever tasted. My wife prefers Hot 'n'Sour soup and does not usually care for Egg Drop, but she actually orders it now.
You may wince a bit at the price, a dollar or three above entree price for others in the area ($11.95), but their portion sizes are quite large and the food is wonderful.
Very good dine-in experience, and they also deliver. We have eaten there (or from there) about once every other week since they opened. Be sure to try the Special Fried Rice (with shrimp, chicken and pork), the Lemon Chicken and the Orange Chicken, too!
Very good quality Chinese food. Friendly staff. Great General Tso chicken. Order Chicken and Egg soup if you like egg drop soup with chunks of chicken.
We enjoy visiting this little family owned shop. It's pretty standard Chinese fare with the combination lunch specials that come with soup and egg roll but these guys also throw in the cheese puff.
The people are really friendly and the food is tasty and served hot and fresh. They have lots of stuff on the menu if you want to order family style, but the lunch specials are so convenient we usually just order those.
This restaurant used to be father down Grant road but got flooded during Harvey. Glad to see them back.
I can’t believe we’ve lived around the corner from this place for 4 years and never tried it!! Due to covid-19 and the SIP we haven’t been dining out and we wanted Pad Thai. My husband found this place on google and we had it twice in one week. Ordered beef and broccoli, chicken fried rice, crab and cheese wontons, and pad Thai. They even have free delivery! Definitely our new place.

We were regulars at the Kuykendahl location and were sad when we moved a bit far away to keep up being regulars. Checked out the new location today and were not disappointed. Our favorite dishes were great! The decor is simply beautiful. I love the fish on the wall!
It is very quiet with usually something on the television and no music but that doesn't bother me as much as it might matter to others.

We have had delivery twice now from Uber Eats for Jade Garden. It is the best Chinese around! So good and fresh! We order many different things and everything was really good.
This is my favorite place to eat. The food is delicious, the portions are big, and the staff is all very nice and friendly. The restaurant itself is usually very quiet, and the atmosphere is homey and welcoming. My only regret is that they don't have a desert menu, but honestly the food more than makes up for that.
I wish they were listed on GrubHub, so I could order online.
